Do not buy after trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Finally came to the conclusion that the solenoid is bad and it's $122. Return winfow just expired

Installation was advertised as four easy steps. A bit more involved with poor wiring instructions and additional parts required. After reinstallation, it did no work. Contacted customer support who was was very responsive and helpful in troubleshooting. Finally determined that the solenoid was faulty. Was promptly sent a replacement which I was able to install myself. Had to uninstall the unit and disassemble it to install the solenoid. Now it works well. I would have given it 3 stars because of the hassle except for the outstanding customer service.

Humidifier and humidistat, power supply, but had no heater duct tube to attach to furnace no wiring no waterline it had nothing to install now I have to spend extra dollars to get everything I need. What a joke. Don't buy

I like the look and the product seems built good. My issue is the solenoid valve will not close all the way. Tried to delete the pressure switch but it still allows water to run through and never closes. I wasted a lot of water before I realized this. I bought an off brand solenoid valve for 20 bucks on Amazon to try because parts for this are either non existent or upwards of $200 for a simple 24v solenoid valve. Very disappointed with a brand that has been around for decades. Buy another brand

Installed by a master HVAC tech. It will not work. Electronics bad. Missing parts. I tossed the box thinking Honeywell would not be wrong. My Bad. If I could return I would.
