In 2006, I work for a famous HK listed company.In an inventory ,Archives Department throw the old documents or the useless manuscripts to the bin directly , without any special handle .There may be a potential risk of leakage when these documents or manuscripts are recycled. So in order to solve such problems , we start our paper shredder business .

For starter,we use what we made, we haven't consider it’s safety , no certificates ,shredder always jammed .It brings a lot of trouble to our users. Later,we make a serious of update .After updated ,we passed Relevant certificates to make sure our paper shredder safety when using , and reach to the affect of security.

A1: Please make sure you assemble the shredder head and basket in the correct directions. The front of the shredder head should be aligned with the each side of the trash can.
A2: Overheating Protection, this design with 3 minutes continuous run time with 40 minutes of cool down after use again.

Compact, nice shredder but this is meant for occasional office use. I used it to try and shred years of old tax returns and paper work, it over heated, shut down, cooled after about 15 minutes. It took forever but we now just keep it under our desk for occasional bill shredding and it's perfect. We did not try the CD or credit card feature.

I love how it works, a good price, and you can shred 10 papers at a time (but I am sure not 10 pieces of cardboard thick sizes, use common sense of course or it will break your machine, but please don't attempt so you can return them, it is a disgrace.) Anyway, it is not noisy compare to my old one who did not break but just parts are giving up bec i was careless, bec the old shredder there was no housing or waste box, just plain machine. This one include the waste box. so you can just shred straight without picking up the machine bec it goes straight to the box, lovely. The "price is right" when I got it, too. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a shredder that is just going to shred in one direction and multiple sheets at a time this is perfect! If you are looking for a shredder that does cross shredding this one does not. All in all it does what it said it will do. It gets full rather quickly but I suspect it's because it only shreds vertically.
