I love this shredder. Does a great job and no jamming (so far). My only complaint is that you can’t fit a plastic bag inside the bin to collect the shredded paper., which would have made it perfect. Still, it’s a 5 star product.

It shreds several sheets of paper which makes getting the chore done quickly. It's very quiet. I like the casters which makes it very easy to move.

I bought this paper shredder and couldn't be happier. The thing shreds paper very well and quickly with its powerful and quiet motor.Some thing that really make this one stand out is that the motor actually has a cooling fan unlike past units I have had so you get a longer run time and less stress on motor from heat. This unit also has reverse which is nice for plastic or thick file envelopes.The automatic feature works very well and is sensitive enough that it's not a fight to try and make the thing start like past units and it runs long enough to complete the shredding once it passes through the sensor.The bin has a cabinet and works like a drawer which actually works better than expected. The shredder head locks onto the cabinet very snuggly and feels solid.It has casters with locks which makes it handy to roll around or lock in fixed location. I like the weight of this unit because it's heavy enough to make a firm placement but not heavy by any means.The only thing that really would have been nice is if it had grips on the side of the cabinet to easily pick the unit up as a whole.Overall, I'm very pleased and feel that with proper care, this thing is going to last me a very long time.

Arrived on time, set up was easy (not too heavy/ wheel installation was straight forward) and it's actually quieter than my previous shredder. The size is not a big issue (about 1.5ft shorter than your standard kitchen garbage can) I've only used a few time so far but I have no complaints when it comes to its shredding speed and functionality.

Owns up to its advertising. 12+ pages. Decently safe. Not very loud. Could be more quiet. But is also much less expensive for others that are more loud.

Hey, it's a shredder...it...shreds. No wifi/BT connection, no fancy timers or alarms. It just shreds. Which is exactly what I wanted. I wanted a shredder that can really shred 12 pages at a time for about 15 - 20 minutes at a time. No problem! It does what it advertises. It's relatively quiet (at least a bit quieter than my old shredder that died after about 15 years of use), but not silent. I haven't experienced it getting jammed (I'm sure I will eventually, and I'll come back and update this when I do). The only downside (and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) is that you can't put a plastic bag inside the removable compartment to make it easier to dump and clean. Relatively minor inconvenience, I'd say. So far, so good.

I had 2 under performing shredders that were very old and a real pain to empty. This one is much quieter, can handle more shredding at once, doesn’t need to be emptied as often and is simple and easy to empty.
