The people at Home Master / The Perfect Water truly have a superb customer service. This product is amazing and when it was time for me to buy replacement filters I accidentally bought the wrong kind. It was the same amount of filters and the UV bulb but one of the filters is a Modular CARBON Filter instead of the Modular ARTESIAN Filter. I called them to see if they had just changed the name of the filter but was essentially the same and the rep told me that I had in fact bought the wrong filters (everything else was correct in the kit except this filter). Since he saw I purchased the original unit from them, without me asking, he offered to send me the Artesian filter at no cost. He also told me that I can help them out by buying directly from them and that they will match the price here. Which is what I'll be doing next time.I highly recommend this company and their filters!

Have the applicable Home Master R/O unit of which these filter change set are required for more then a 2 years. As advertised no tools required for filter change out , water quality is great. Definitely recommend

Really surprised at the quality of this system. I’ve been using zero water for a long time and didn’t realize water quality was more than just ppm. Zero water made water drinkable, but it was still never as satisfying as drinking bottled water and didn’t taste amazing. This system makes water that tastes better than most bottled waters. I rent a home so I didn’t wanna permanently alter the granite plus the way I have it set up was way easier than working with the tiny space under the sink. My house is big so the noise doesn’t bother me, keep in mind if you do do an exterior install, the unit makes quite a bit of noise. But that is not a complaint, it simply is an incredible system and the sound is not bad, it makes a click woosh noise for 30 minutes to an hour. It is pretty loud though, under the sink it wouldn’t be noticed. Also a really cool add on is using the fridge line connector, I attached really long tubing and bought 1/4” water switch so I can get RO water to the dog bowl or anywhere quickly. Highly recommend this unit, super cool. With zero water ice still froze with some white and bubbles it, the water from this system freezes completely clear. The hose spigot install is great for those who don’t wanna mess with the sink, they sell the adapter at any hardware store and water pressure is not an issue at all. Keep in mind the water needs to be colder flowing into the system which is why I ended up needing to run the water line inside the house because the water that was sitting in the line outside got to hot and would freeze in the winter. Now I’ll only have to insulate that small portion running into the house when winter rolls around. Just love this this thing!!!

no more hauling bottles of water -am very pleased with this unit. Was easy to install - no leaks and water tastes fine.Installed in basement and runs upstairs to kitchen sink tap.

This thing is amazing. My TDS Water Meter measures the ppms at 001 (from 27 non-treated tap water) and that is mighty impressive.I've sold my house and the filtration system with it and will definitely purchase another for my new house. I can't think of a better recommendation than that.

Easy to install and great tasting water. I am on a rural well and was advised to run the water through a water softener first as our water is quite hard. I was also told that softening the water first would increase the life of the ro membrane.

(01/03/2016) Finally! Great tasting water without hauling cases of bottled water, which bottles were not labeled BPA-free, from the grocery stores. Continual access to safe, chemical-free, pharmaceutical-free and great tasting water becomes even more important when cancer strikes a loved one. Having safe water for cooking, drinking, and washing organic produce for juicing is a wonderful blessing. I especially like the separate tap which was easy to install even when having to drill a separate hole in the stainless steel sink since I did not want to give up the hose sprayer. Thank Goodness for available conveniences such as this system.(9/17/2016) It has been eight months since I ordered the Home Master TMULTRA-ERP UItra Undersink Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System and it has proven itself to be worth every cent including the cost of having a plumber install it for me. I only wish the reserve tank was larger but then it would not fit under my sink!The fact is that having this system in place has made life easier for me to better care for my husband who was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer which prompted me to search & compare water filtration systems and deciding on this one. I don't worry about chemicals in the water nor about compromised water due to non-bpa free water bottles exposed to heat during transport to retailers. I just pour from the system's tap to wash and then to steam organic veggies in addition to other meal preparation needs. Even my aquarium fish have benefited from having this system in place. Should have purchased it long before the need. I highly recommend this.
