I have a couple of these glass gravity water systems by Fachioo and I love how it looks, that was my main reason for buying since I have RO systems at all my houses.It does a decent job with the filter process but as with any gravity filter it cannot lower tds since there is nowhere for the waste water to go unlike an ro system which expels said water.So as long as you don't have issues with TDS, for instance, city water then this is a perfect choice. What I like about these filters is the size. They seem to take up less space in the berkey tank which allows me to add a little more water when refilling. The problem I have is they drip REALLY slow. Maybe that is a good thing because you know it is filtering good. But I added some charcoal filters that drain really fast (I may have overprimed those filters). I tried to follow the directions on these filters but it took a long time to get them to even drain at all. Though I like the idea of the ceramic filters I may stick with the charcoal until I can figure out how to get these to work a little better.

This gravity-fed water filter system is a good size for my husband and me, and I like that it's made of glass. The water tastes clean, and it's reassuring to know it's certified and filters out things like fluoride and arsenic. The faucet works well, and I haven't had any leaks. It's nice that the ceramic filter can be cleaned, which should make it last longer. The activated carbon seems to be doing its job, as the water smells and tastes better. The stand is a helpful addition, keeping the system stable on my counter. A great alternative to expensive gravity water filters. The glass design looks nice, and the filtration quality is good. Water flow is slow compared to high-end models, but it removes fluoride and other contaminants effectively. Worth it if you don’t mind waiting a bit for clean water.

I have been using this water filter system for a few weeks now and I am impressed with its performance and design. The included instructions were clear and easy to follow and the ceramic filters do an excellent job of reducing contaminants. I have noticed an improvement in the taste and quality of my water. The glass countertop adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen and the metal spigot is sturdy and easy to use. The included stand provides a stable base and the entire system fits perfectly on my countertop. It provides clean great tasting water and looks beautiful on my countertop.

I was a bit hesitant to order this because it looked like it would be quite large, but it fits nicely into my space and has a chill, timelessvibe that works well here. My primary motive in getting this was a reminder to drink water, and also to have drinking water on hand in the event of a power failure, which happens around here regularly.I like this unit, and so far I have managed to not inadvertently flood my counter. I keep a cup under it just in case of drips, but it’s stayed dry. It’s a really beautiful unit and fits nicely under a shelf. I’m fairly fussy about what I let into my space, and I like this.

UPDATE:Customer service was great. Once my review was approved and the seller saw my comments, they reached out to me immediately. They quickly fixed the issue by sending me a two pack of replacement filters extremely fast. I installed the new one without issue and the filter is working flawlessly.After getting my new gravity filter washed and ready to go, I installed the filters as directed. I followed the instructions that say do not overtighten the wingnuts on the filter. That worked fine and I had no issue at this point. After handling the glass container you could see fingerprints inside and out, from handling the clear tank during the filter installation. When I attempted to clean the fingerprints off between the filter and glass the filters spout to the bottom tank snapped right off. Since I don't have a replacement filter to replace the broken one, this filter system has no use to me now.
