J'ai installé les filtres et l'eau s'écoule du filtre 10 fois plus rapidement qu'avant. Je ne sais pas ce que ça filtre à part le chlore mais je ne crois pas que c'est aussi efficace. Malheureusement je n'ai pas l'équipement pour analyser l'eau qui sort du filtre.

Been using these for almost a year and I got to be honest I don't know that they're doing anything. The water is slightly less smelly from chlorine but that's about it

As a loyal Berkey customer for over a decade, I decided to try these filters to save money. I have a Big Berkey with four black filters and four fluoride filters. Despite proper disassembly, reassembly, priming, and water testing—practices I’ve followed for years—the new filters allowed water to pass through much faster and showed no significant difference in water testing compared to results I’ve gotten in the past using true Berkey filters. This experience was completely disappointing and a waste of money. Now I need to go buy water until I’m able to get replacements. Lesson learned: I will not be buying these again. In my opinion, you should save your money.

I have been SO frustrated wondering why my filters are NOT filtering! I have been taking apart, cleaning, and then setting up again to no avail. I did notice the base of the filter had come apart....but it seemed to set back into the base....??? But finally I decided to come to the reviews and "LO and behold!" several people mention this problem. Now I did read that this company has an excellent customer service yet I cannot find anywhere how to contact them. So I am giving them an opportunity to make this right for me before I give it a bad rating. Hence a 3 star rating first. Please make this right!

easy peasy installation and the water tastes terrific! i used the first run through to water my plants, just to make sure, but yeah, excellent product! i’m using these in an old insta pur unit alex jones used to hawk 10 years ago!

We've had our Berkey for 8 years but stopped using it about 3 years ago because the filter costs were so high and that they were not NSF rated. I was pleasantly surprised to find Aqua Crest to have NSF certified replacements at a lower price.I set the Berkey back up and have been using it for a few weeks and its works great. Tastes good and even tested the water (just with those strip kits, not a professional service) and the results were great.I was using the aqua crest filers for my PUR filter and now use this.Update 4 months later - filter is still going. Great doesn’t come apart like other reviewers have mentioned, working perfectly. But I also discover is that the black cartridges don’t require as much cleaning as the original Berkey filters do. My original Berkey filters will get clogged up pretty fast within a couple weeks. Why I’d have to take them out and scrub them very often.

At first these filters worked great but about a month into it the water tasted awful!! Emptied everything re-primed the filters and the water tasted good again. Month later, that awful tasting water came right back, and even worse. Water not drinkable.Update: So the company reached out to me and replaced the filters free of charge. Amazing customer service!!
