Arrived promptly. Fits my garage door well. I had to install it in minus 8 degree temperature and the material remained pliable. So far so good! Hopefully it will be durable and last.

I bought the 22ft roll for my 20 ft garage door. Many reviews say it's short by a few inches so I wanted to be sure I had enough. As it turned out the product measured almost 22ft +1 inch on an 85 degree day in Houston. The product was soft and pliable and well packaged in a roll..Installation tips/requirements which helped me, your results may vary.It does take two people to install this seal in the track, one to pull and the other to bend the seal into the U shape and carefully guide the T-edge into the track. If not properly held and guided into the channels the T edge will come out. BOTH sides of each T must be in the channel to secure it properly in place. If one edge pops out you need to back up the seal until it is seated in the track before continuing with the installation. Failure to do this will cause the seal to fall out of the track later on.Be fore you start, make sure the track guide channels are clean of all sand and dirt as well as the rubber edges on the door seal. I had mud in mine which needed to be brushed out and wiped clean with a wet rag. Also make sure all screws that attach the track to the door are tight and fully seated to prevent the seal from catching them during the installation.I found dish soap/water did help in the beginning but dried quickly and stopped the seal from sliding in the tracks unless I kept the entire length wet. This goes for both the channels and rubber seal.I switched to a Klein Tools Clear Wire Lubricant used to help pull wires through conduit. This is a safe clear lubricating jelly and I found the rubber seal to slide much easier along all 20 feet. Also to assist with pulling the seal, I used vice grips to grab the seal and give something better to hold on to. I didn't see any ripping or tearing while using the pliers. In my case I had an extra two feet of seal if there was any damage. After the seal was installed I grabbed and slid the seal very slightly back and forth in the track to be sure there was no tight tension in one spot or looseness in others and did this along the length of the seal. The new seal is good and tight, no light showing through under the door.Pictures included.

Just replaced the seal on four doors, and the last three were comparatively effortless. Very happy with the product and final outcome, so want to share what worked for us. Know that if I had paid the garage door company to do this I would have been given another cheap seal and would not have been the wiser. Here's what to do: 1) Remove old seal and clean track - we hosed them out and used a scrub brush as wiping the track is not sufficent. 2) Find a friend - this is a two-person job. 3) Be liberal with the silicone spray. Spray the tracks, and spray the glide portions of the new seal. Most efficient was spraying the length of the two glides while still loosely rolled, 4) One person feeds the seal into the glides while the second pulls. We found it best to pull about six inches, let the feeder re-adjust, and then keep going, with the feeder directing by saying "go" and "stop". If there was resistance it was because the glide portion came out of the track, which happens early in the "feeding process" and either the seal has to be pulled back out a bit, or a screw driver can also be used to gently push the wayward glide into the track. 5) At times we added an extra squirt of silicone spray if it was resistant to installation for no apparent reason. 6) Pull the seal about ¼" beyond the track, and cut the other end to the same length with a blade. 7) Install end plugs and that's it! Good luck!

EDPN is the way to go when it comes to thi application. The bottom seal is very flexible and very easy to install. Just slide the one side along the T channel and then fold the other side partially into the T channel and use a flat tool to tussle it in. Took me 15 minutes to install a seal on a double door.

Very easy to install, there's just a few things you want to do in order to keep things going smoothly.First off, this is definitely a 2 person job as one needs to hold it up even with the T channels or you WILL struggle.Start by pulling the seal out of the package and laying it out. If you're doing this in the cold it's going to be much tougher. After you have pulled the old seal out, clean and inspect the T channels for any damage. If either of the channels are to wide at the starting point the seal will continuously pop out. You will either need to close the channel up with a pair of pliers or be ready with a thin flat head screwdriver to pop one half of the seal T back in.Next you will want a spray bottle of soapy water. Spray this into the T channels of the garage door and not the seal itself. It will be much more messy if you spray the seal.Once you get it started, have your helper keep it level with the channels and slowly start sliding it across the garage door. If it does pop out where you are inserting it, either use your flat head or pull it back and re position it again. It took about 2 minutes to do the first one, and about 5 or 6 minutes to do the second because the insertion points top channel was a little bent. Once that's been accomplished, insert your plug ends into the ends of the seal. Go ahead and spray the plugs with the siapy water to help install them.If you have an automatic garage door you may need to adjust it to seat properly so make sure you know how to adjust your opener.Overall it's a great product so far and took care of the gaps below the door.

This works great. Really helped us close large gap under garage door. Unfortunately I didn't realize 2 things when I ordered. 1) this does not come with the metal track 2) my garage did not have a metal track. Nothing against the product, just didn't pay close attention. Had to order track separately and this slid in fairly easily. Had plenty of material, with some left over so good fit.
