Gaahing’s P-Bulb seal is rather good, and it was eventually fitted to the bottom of a standard up-and-over fibreglass moulded door, but one lacking the cunningly shaped channel the seal was designed for. Some battens were machined on a router so that when clamped together they offered a slot with the correct profile to locate the P-bulb tongue. The battens also had to be shaped to locate in the back of the door with the new seal living under the door edge. Two three-metre pieces of P-Bulb were cut down to fit, and end-to-end. That particular glue might not last but several others are queued up to try.The main reason for trying it is the original flap-seal has been chewed by mice looking for a warm, dry home.

My garage door is straight and level but the garage floor is not quite, as a result there is a fall for water. This means in heavy rain, a small amount of water can easily pool inside the door just on one side. This has helped seal that gap up. So, yes, does what it is supposed to.

What to say, well, GREAT, is one word for it, we have a three garage block and one of those garage doors has not been used for years by the look of it, and definitely hardly in the couple of years we have been here, so when we did have it up last we looked to see what the seals were like on all the doors, the two that we used frequently were perfect, I am assuming as they were being moved as they seal on the floor that they were good, but the one that we never used was all cracked and very hard, so off it came, in bits, and the new one went on.We warmed it up in hot water first to make it malleable, and it slotted on very easily, we got it so it fitted and then cut it to fit, once the door was down the seal kept all the water out, and lights, you could see a crack of light along the old one, but not this one, it is very good, and we are very pleased, and fully recommend this.

Worked well for my Overhead Door brand garage door. This was to replace an old gasket that was 20+ years old and falling apart. It does come rolled up, and is flat instead of round. To fix this, install it like normal. then take some masking tape and tape the seal flat about every 2-3 feet so when its closed the round part will be pressed against the garage floor properly. leave it closed for a day until the rubber takes the proper position, then remove the tape.

Was looking for the right garage seal. Took a few tries but got lucky and found this one thru Amazon. I tried a few different kinds from local stores but no luck. This garage seal was the perfect item and exact fit for my style of garage door. I only had to trim about 1 foot of excess off. Installation wasn't too difficult. Make sure you have an extra helping hand and that the track is clear of obstructions. I also used a little bit of lubricant which helped it slide across the 16ft distance.

Fitted this rubber seal unit to front garage door to reduce the amount of water entering during heavy rain. What is goodthat I now don’t get the influx of leaves being blown in during the dry days. Easy to fit and looks neat. Also helps to keep the cold out.The rubber is of good quality only time will tell how robust it is.

I've got two garage doors, and I replaced the seal on one of them a few weeks ago with a product from another manufacturer. I was so happy with the results that I thought it'd be good to do the same to the other door, even though it didn't really need it. This item was sent to me free of charge for my honest evaluation. I can say right off the bat that this is a bit thinner material than the other one, and a bit more stretchy. This complicated the installation somewhat, because you don't want it to stretch when sliding it in. So it's very important to have a helper who can do a good job feeding it and pushing it down the track. In terms of durability, it is the same rubber material and after handling them both I feel they'll last equally long. Well, this door gets less use so it ought to last longer. It makes very good contact with the garage floor and although we haven't had a strong rain yet I'm sure it will keep everything out. Overall I'm happy with the product and priced at just $16 I consider it a great deal.

This does not fit well in a standard door. It is too thick and slides out easily because of it. It is a good length. It just not right for me

Was tired of things getting past the old seal that was worn, cracked and chewed away. The came in a roll with extra to trim to custom fit which is better than being too short. I cut easily with a utility blade or shears. It fits and works well providing a like new seal again. To install I spread the end of the door groove the old one was installed in and removed/tore out the old worn one. I needed to spread it open a bit extra to get it to feed in the tight end. Some spray lube helped work it into place. Once in all the way, cut to length and squeeze the door grove to crimp it in place on the end.

Great replacement seal for my old roll up door. This appears to be made of a rubber material (similar to a bicycle tube but thicker). It is very strong and durable, I feel like this will hold up better in the harsh cold winters of northern Michigan better than the vinyl seal I replaced it with. It was pretty easy to replace, just open your door until the lower edge lines up with a hole on the track and slide the whole thing out, then slide the new seal in. Make sure to verify your door uses a P-bulb style seal as this won’t fit every door.
