It could work for average height. I liked it. Very simple assembly and folded for storage. Unfortunately, even on the tallest setting it didn’t work for me. I’m 5’ 9” for reference.

The item was not what i expected. It’s cheap material and even came a little dirty. Im afraid to use it for several of the work outs because it might break eventually. Wish I had spent a little more on something higher quality.

I have been eying this for some time. The only hesitancy I had was those stating that there is a problem with the sturdiness of the back pad. You really have to lock it and twist it into place first before use. All bolts are tight and the movement of the back is minimal - less than a centimeter! Currently, I'm 205lbs and I even added a barbell with 40lbs added and had zero issue with stability with the back pad. So that's a solid 245lbs added to the machine and no issue. Also, I'm one who works out barefoot and my feet do slip on the pad, but as someone recommended, I'll be adding grip tape to the plate. My only gripe and it's a personal option is that I do have to remove my feet from the plate if I want to widen my knees to target more of my glute Medius. Not once did the machine move or slip with my push on the back pad, however, if it did, it would probably be fixed if it was pushed against a wall. I pushed this one due to it's claim of a 500lbs weight limit. I've not had a single issue, it was easy to put together, easy to use with multi abilities.

It was a good price when I bought it as it was the last in its color.The item was lable as new (not in "other options" ) for buying. But upon opening u could see the packing was ripped apart, metal was damage fr over tightening of bolts that left very visible marks on the white metal, and the foot bar purple covering was coming undone.Even tho I liked the item I don't like that the item being listed as "NEW" and being sent something that's clearly used, and trying to lable it as new to get more money out of someone. Just mark it as open and sent back or lightly used since u already brought the price down no need to try to trick people. People should get what they ordered 🤷🏼♀️

Worth it! Got it to go deeper in my squats since I work out at home. I lift heavy but wanted more flexibility and deeper squats. I also wanted to have something for hip thrusters. It does the job and so great!

I purchased this to help me with lunges, and found that using it was much more difficult than the advertisement was showing. lol Imagine that! It was extremely easy to put together, easy to adjust, and stores easily under my bench. It will take time, as a beginner, to learn all of its uses. I would recommend this purchase.

I have a meniscal tear, so I have to be very careful with any exercise. I have used this for about three weeks now and love it. I am able to squat, do the hip thrust, and even a Bulgarian split squat. I just fold up the back and put one of my feet on the couch, the other in the foot area. It works perfectly and the cushion is there for my knee if I need it. It’s not the greatest quality, but it absolutely does the job. One of the best things I’ve bought For myself this year. Absolutely.
