This is one of favorite machines to use now at home! We have a home gym and I am so impressed with how little room this takes up! I did not even have to rearrange any space in our gym and fit easily in between treadmill and Pilates machine! It definitely gives me a workout on my butt and inner thighs! The abductor machines in the gym are what I miss most about not going to the gym anymore but this is perfect for me! Also, my husband was very impressed that I put this together in about 20 minutes from start to finish! Already referred it to a friend! Thank you for selling on Amazon!

Omg this workout machine works better than the one at the gym. I feel the burn faster and it feels good. I love itIt was also very easy and quick to install.

For the price and convenience of having a machine similar to the one at the gym, just get it. I definitely get a burn. It's small and can fit anywhere.

The size is very compact. I'm not sure how to do the inner thighs? Nothing in the instructions and nothing on YouTube.Please help
