I didn’t realize they wouldn’t be as long as my foot. It’s really awkward to get a good calf stretch with your toes hanging off. Why wouldn’t they make it longer?

I used these to do dumb bell lifts, dumb bell sumo squats, Romanian deadlifts, etc. The raised heal really gives the calf muscles a good burn. However, you do have to be careful and watch your step when you get off the blocks. Set you feet on the blocks first before lifting weights, you could lift the weights but at times you will loose your footing. Using these is more convenient than using bar bell plates to stand on and gives more range of motion of widening your stance rather than grabbing extra plates.

They're strong while also light to move around. They are larger than many I looked at here, which is very helpful so I don't need to worry about my feet not fitting well on it.My shoes grip perfectly, but note they are very slippery with socks or bare feet.

I love these squat wedges even more than the ones that I purchased directly from the ATG website. Like the ATG wedges, these wedges are also cut at 20 degrees, which is the ideal angle to perform the exercises in the ATG program designed by Ben Patrick. Both the ATG squat wedges and these particular squat wedges are both equally effective in doing the exercises. However, I prefer these squat wedges over the ATG squat wedges for 2 reasons. (1) These squat wedges are made of EPP material, instead of recycled rubber tires, and so they don't offgas and leave your room smelling like a tire shop. (2) Also, these squat wedges are much lighter than the ATG squat wedges, which makes them easier to transport when you want to take them to the gym with you. My old ATG squat wedges always smelled so bad that I had to keep them stored in the garage or outside on the patio. These particular squat wedges do not smell at all, and so I can store them in my room. I really appreciate this company making these squat wedges out of EPP instead of smelly recycled tires!

These squat wedges are exactly what I was looking for! They're lightweight and portable, so I can easily take them with me to the gym or use them at home. The angle is perfect for achieving proper form and getting deeper into my squats. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my strength and stability since I started using them. Highly recommend!

This is my first elevated squat block so I have no previous experience. These arrived on time. They are sturdy and don't slip on concrete. But they are on the small side for my feet. I have to almost hang my toes over the top if I'm using it to stretch my calf.
