Used for 29 days then battery connection from vest shorted out. Fortunate this cheap Chinese piece of crap malfunctioned within return period. Pay more get more from good ole America and u be happy. I’m ordering a new one for almost 3x price but u truly do get what u pay for in America.

Package did not come with Battery Pack. Contacted to resolve the issue, and instead of sending the battery pack, I had to return the jacket and order again. Hopefully, your order comes with the battery pack, otherwise it’s a complete headache.

Large size is a perfect fit; LOVE the heat — has many panels to spread the heat all around your torso. Battery life is fairly good; I can use it on the way to work and home for a couple of days (about 30 minute drive); so battery life is approximately 2 hours; I bought a second battery; when one dies, I have another one charged and ready to go in my vehicle! The four light controls on the front chest are red when on high, white when it drecreases, and blue in low. GREAT vest — I wear a heavy shirt under it and the vest on the coldest mornings and am comfortable — not bound up with a heavy coat and sleeves. I would surely buy it again!!!!

Ordered two, first started with a L, was comically big. Returned and got a M, it's the same size basically. I'm 6'2" and on the lean side so sizing can be weird but this is just not even in the same ballpark. With their sizing I would need an XS and it would still probably be too long.
