The vest is well made and has withstood a year in my basement shop with no discernible wear or issues. The battery pack is positioned in a way that you don't notice it at all. The collar on my newest vest is an improvement.

I have a Venustas heated vest from a few years ago which still works fine. I wanted a slightly larger vest that can fit over a hoodie and that has a longer battery life.I mainly wear this indoors on lo (blue) heat but have started to wear it outside to test the battery life. So far so good. It's great as a wind breaker. Turn on the heating element and it's fantastic. I especially like the heated neck and the warm pockets.Differences in old and new vests:Old Battery pack has a digital numeric power meter vs new battery has illuminated dots.Old battery holster is closer to the left pocket with a Velcro strap whereas the new battery holster is further towards the left back side with a zipper.Old vest is heavier. New one is lighter but seems equally efficient.Con: the illuminated on/off button is very bright. It's a bit distracting esp at night but otherwise it's not a deal breaker.Suggestion: a double zipper would be great to release the bottom of the vest when sitting down. It can get tight if you wear the vest over a heavy hoodie.Note: vest does not come with a USB-C cable. Like other companies they assume that most folks already own charging cables. No cable means more sustainable and lower cost.Customer service is excellent. I had a small issue which was quickly resolved without hesitation. They called and texted with updates.Overall 5 stars. I would recommend and would purchase again.

This is a wonderful solution to help keep you warm in cold temps. This is my second vest from Venustas. I wear them around the house, in the yard, and when hitting golf balls in my simulator (it is in a garage with some heat but not enough when it gets to single digits in Ohio.) It is well made and should last for years. The upgrades to the battery are a significant improvement over the older one. The old battery used a USB connection which I was not a fan of. The new one has a "post" connection which creates a secure, snug connection. The last comment I'll make is the owner "Jenny" was great to work with in answering questions.

Bought this for my husband, who is always cold. He couldn't be happier! Runs true to size, stylish, and super easy to use. The three levels of warmth allow for weather and activity variations. Great value.

The vest fits true to size and puts out plenty of heat right in the perfect spots. I had to contact Venustas for a battery issue and got a very quick response and solution to my problem. I will definitely be a returning customer!

The newer battery kicks on the heat fast. I wore this vest under my down jacket on my motorcycle in 34° weather. The vest kept me nice and toasty especially during red lights. It cooled off a little from riding fast. I’d say it was worth the purchase. It doesn’t weigh a lot. You can tell the battery is on you like a heavier cellphone. Battery life I haven’t challenged but it lasted me a good 3 hours ride on my motorcycle on the hottest setting. I had to charge the vest again after wearing it off and on for 2 days. I will be ordering this battery for my jacket.

Ok so I'm a bigger guy and wear a XL coat. It fits nicely on me. So I ordered an XL vest. We'll it was to tight. I was able to zip it. Got it on sale and by the time I got it, it was no longer on sale. Contacted Amazon and was told I couldn't exchange it that I would have to return it. Amazon agreed to give me back the difference. So I ordered the 2XL. Guess what... it was a little looser but not by very much. Still to tight. How is that even possible. So I would say I need a 4XL for it to fit like my XL coat fits. But I'm not wasting my time on it. It is going back and I'm done with it!!!! To make things worse. I work outside all day long in rock quarries and was really needing this starting Monday. My frustration is off the charts. How can you get the sizes so messed up. Oh that's right because it's being made cheap in China.

It does a great job of warming your backside but not so in the front. I don't like that the logo light stays on when you turn the vest on and also as you change temperature. Overall a good vest as it cuts the chill.

Purchased 2 of these vest in late 2021 and used them an a daily basis over the winter months, worked great.Had an issue with the batteries after a more than a couple of months, one would not charge over 68%, other would quickly drain to 0 in a very short time on low. Contacted Venustas directly with the issue, which was handled by Anne in a very friendly, fast and professional manner. The new batteries were replaced in a matter of days, vests are 100% up and running. A very big thank you to them both for the handling of our problems. Still rate 10/10 for the product and after sales quality service and will continue to promote Venustas product vests.Thanks again,Wayne

Love the product. I got an xl, but I think I ordered a large. It’s too much of a hassle to return it. It is heavier than expected, but the weight is not noticed after a minute. I’m sure it will keep us warm in a number of settings.

My first vest didn't work very well. However the seller immediately reached out to me and had a remedy but it didn't work. The seller than decided to send me a new one which works great. I recommend this product, the seller goes over and beyond to make sure it works for you. BRAVO.
