The other product was a micro jack connection, but I really like this product because it can be connected via USB. As soon as you turn on the power, you can feel the heat right away, so the quality of the product is the best compared to the price.

Must have work great it’s cold here at airport especially at night keeps you warm over 10hrs still had 43% power left low setting worm pockets for your hands had mine for 2wks already very happy

As the temperature here in Colorado has been 70 hours of below freezing, and that I am a "Mailman," this vest is a game changer! The heated zones are perfect for me: lower back, neck, and shoulders! I still put on several layers, but this is my first. Battery lasts as listed, over 5 hours on low, which gets me thru the day (I turn it off during lunch). Being a vest, my arms are jealous/cold, but I couldn't swing a full jacket. A got a 4XL, and it's fine going over my 3 layers of clothes (undershirt, turtleneck woolies, work shirt). I like the plush fabric, not the pillow/down type.
