Instructions:
1. Insert the DC port of the power cord into the inside pocket interface and the USB port into the 5V/2.1A battery. (one battery pack included in this heated clothing kit)
2. Long press the button of vest for 3 seconds to turn on/off the heating system.
3. Short press the button to switch the heating level: flashing red -> preheating state, red ->high, white ->medium, blue -> low.
（TIPS: To avoid overheating, after a few minutes of turning on the heating system, the heat level is usually automatically adjusted to medium heat. If you need higher temperature, please switch gears again.）

Once again,second time this Christmas season, I have a product that is already broke. The purchased vest has been used for the third time. It already is malfuctioning. It seems to have a short in the wiring. It apparently cannot be returned or replaced. It was purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband, therefore not given till Christmas morning. I have been informed it is out of return window. I did close to 75 percent of my holiday shopping thru Amazon. This will be the LAST time! At least with in person shopping, defective items can be exchanged. I would like to say that I will be boycotting Amazon, however I like the ease of shopping Amazon, but I will be using them significantly less. I will also make my fellow shoppers aware of holiday returns policy.

Bought 2 of these for the 2023 hunting season. Charged them overnight and would get 4-5 hours of nice warmth while sitting in the stand.

Got these as gifts for some coworkers (mechanics). Ordered 2 L and 1 M, got 3 M. Fortunately Amazon was willing to refund (exchange period already passed). So I got the refund and ordered the right size.I haven't used them yet, but the guys seem to enjoy them. Little more attention to detail in the shipping department and it would have been 5 stars.

Perfect fit for my father! He is always cold and this vest allows him to do more without the bulk of layering. Warms up fast! Placement of warming coils is well dispersed.

I think this probably works well. But, the fit is not ideal for me. It has a lot of room in the chest and tight in the hips. It does have zippered expanders in the hip area that help with the fit, but the chest is so spacious, that it's hard to feel the heat because there is such a large gap. Maybe for women with a large chest and small butt this would work.
