It needs a power pack to work while u wear it, and none supplied so it's actually pointless. Bought it for someone who works outside and it's useless without that power pack.

I'm impressed with the style and premium look of the jacket. It's too soon to comment on the longevity of the fabric and stitching but first impressions are very good.The heating elements take a few minutes to get warm and they are noticeable rather than formidable, and that's fine for me. The coat is fairly windproof and has a nice waterproof finish to it.As others have commented the pocket used to connect the battery pack is a bit small and the buttons to control the 3 different elements and temperature are a bit awkward to see when the jacket is zipped up.I like the style so much that I was going to order 2 more jackets one for each of my daughters but within 2 days of receiving mine the price has gone up by £5 so I will wait and see if that is a permanent/seasonal hike.

It says that the battery is included in the instructions yet when I got mine it did not have the battery how much I supposed to use it without the battery and it's a little too big

Great price. Be careful of power bank getting over hot in pocket. Little snug underarms and could be a little looser. Easy to use and turn on/off. Does get very warm very quick.

The heated vest works as it should. It blocks the wind well and gets warm. The downsides are that it's a lefthanded zipper and the sizes are off. The 3X fits like a 4X and the 2X fits like a 1X. I sent the 3X back and got the 2X because it works better if it's snug on your body.

I got this for motorcycling use under a jacket to reduce bulk traveling.Pros:-works as it should-no collar reduces strangling-can be plugged in to 5v USB with a double female connector-inexpensive-buying your own battery means you can get whatever capacity you need-pretty good insulation even without powerCons:-battery location is suboptimal-control buttons are inconveniently located-needs something snug over it to get a good resultA 10,000 mAh battery fits easily in the pocket, but the pocket should be inside the vest instead of the right hand regular pocket. I asked and was told that it CAN be plugged into a 5v USB outlet from the bike without ruining the vest, so I got a USB-c to c adapter to make that work. The switch buttons are kind of inconvenient on the side down by the hip and would be better up on the lapel where they could be easily reached while in use. Heated clothing needs to fit snuggly to be effective, so bear that in mind before deciding it doesn't work. It would benefit from some elastic side panels to make a snug fit without having to wear something snug on top of it. On me, the vest is particularly unattractive by itself, unfortunately, but it's quite nice as an insulating layer even when not turned on.

This vest is really cool. I can wear it almost 8-10 hours every day, charging at night. Even the pockets are warm, but the heated collar is awesome. Glad I bought it.

This is the first heated vest I've owned, so I'm not entirely sure if this is me or the vest.It worked OK, although the battery that was suggested to go with the vest didn't work. The vest charges from a USB-C, but the battery ALSO charges from a USB-C. So I plugged it in, the vest didn't come on. Double check your battery (this was Amazon's AI that suggested the battery, and we all know how artificially idiotic they are).After that little debacle, the vest was working OK with the batteries I got for my socks. They didn't last as long so sometimes I'd start to feel a little cold. Whelp, time to slot in the other sock battery!The other reason it didn't work well at first - and this was an I/O error - although that's a computer term it stands for "Idiot Operator" - was that I was wearing it OVER 2 layers (T-Shirt or Under armor 4.0). It's much better if you were this over something very thin or directly against your skin; otherwise the heat goes 'outside'.I ordered it thinking it would stretch a bit, and it doesnt' at all. It's a bit of a thick, opaque material; probably a good wind block, but not stretchy at all. So you need to put this right on your skin, and then your shirt or anything else over it. This does mean getting to the controls is a PITA, and makes you look awfully bulky.I'm not sure if that's the right way to wear them, but it's what I found, and this has nothing to do with the quality of the vest, it's just how any of them would work.Given that it's now close to your skin, I'd think washing is needed, but I haven't done that yet. I haven't completely unpacked from my camping trip as I write this. Seems like it's washable. If it shreds or something I'll update.

Works well, heats up quickly, size is as described, bit straight up and down from waist to chest so where fit is good on chest the waist is a little loose. However, as the fabric isn't stretchy it's better being a bit over sized. I bought bigger than I would normally get a top, mid layer and I'm glad I did. The heated sections are rather localised, heat is a little patchy and not a general all over feel but for the price this was expected. No pads on chest, only tummy on the front. Pocket for battery might be better higher up as it does sit rather near waistline so is a bit obtrusive when bending over.Overall very happy with performance for cost. Definitely recommend if looking for an inexpensive option.
