More heated spots and controls than fancier name brands. My bf absolutely loves this. It’s his prized possession. Keeps him from freezing working outside in construction. Has zones you can turn on or off separately, can use any charging block in it. Fits a little snug, and for winter clothing bulk maybe go up a size. Great product, worth way more than charged

Product is great except for: I charged thebattery and put it in the little pocket and turned it on. Checked to make sure it worked. Powered it off.3 seconds. Because I was going to wear it the next morning.Got up put it on turned it on and battery was dead.Thankfully I had a back up charged. The second one I bought I will return because in order for the little light to indicate I have to unplug it from the battery and replug it in. Everytime. I spent a lot of time the morning I wore it unzipping my jacket unzipping the vest unzipping the little pocket and rezipping everything while in my deerstand. Once it goes to working it is nice. After seconds in use the indicator light is supposed to go off. It doesn't on this vest.

It doesn’t come with a battery. I read in the description before I ordered to make sure it came with the vest. Now when I read the description it states that it doesn’t.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my son who works roofs and the description said with battery pack. However, there are 2 options and the less expensive option does NOT come with a battery pack. Fortunately he’s of until after the new year so I’ll order one. Change description.

I'm normally an L/xl in men but bought a medium, and it fits snug and perfect. I'm 6'10", 185 lbs. Broad shoulders, slight dad bod. I wanted to wear it beneath clothing, not over it. I wear it under jackets and zip up hoodies. The medium keeps the heating elements pressed against my body, and for me an added layer helps trap the heat in. It is a soft material inside. The collar folds down, but doesn't do it right. Probably my only complaint.Battery life is OK. Depends on what setting. Probably 3 hours on high. Low really just takes the edge off, and it will run on low all day. Usually I switch between high and off.It was already a fairer priced item then some others. I got it with a deal for a free battery sold separately, but not in exchange for this review.It has some nice functions. Easy to turn on. Has different areas you can turn on and off, or set to different temperatures. The buttons light up when you turn it on, but there is a button to turn the lights off even though the vest is on, and I like that. Some other brands I have bought for gifts didn't have that option.

One of the best things about this vest is that the controls are easy to find, read, and use. The little light up badge on the vest makes it quick to adjust any temperature settings you want to and to see what it is set to. You can turn off the indicator lights, so it looks almost like just a normal vest. There are several heating areas throughout the vest to help you be warm. The most effective ones seem to be the back of the neck and the pockets which is super nice because those make the biggest difference to make me feel warmer. Ther other heating areas are lose on me, so I don't feel them much, but I am pretty small, so it should work well for most people. My only two complaints are first that the pocket warmers seem to warm the meat of my hands a lot more than my fingers, when my fingers are usually colder, and second, the zipper catches at the bottom when removing it, so it is hard to take off. The inside fabric is fleece-like and comfortable, the outer shell is water and wind resistant. It won't keep you completely dry, but it should help and should slow down breezes. I like that the fit is a little loose so I can wear it over a long-sleeved shirt and other gear. The power cord is well wrapped, and seems super durable so it should last as long as the vest itself will.

I got mine in the mail and I was surprised at the quality of the fabric. I live in Florida and hunt further north and think this will knock off the cold sitting for 3 hours.I did return it because the zippier had a flaw and will be getting a new one in a day. It worked but a couple teeth were bent and it zipped hard. I can only imagine after 10 or so uses it would break. I did try it on, perfect fit, heating coils worked great. Excited to get my new one.
