Love most of the ingredients in the PetMix recipes. The chicken dehydrates quickly and my dog loves it. It's AAFCO approved but I don't think there is enough meat in it so I add a bit of freeze-dried protein or home-cooked to it. Organ meat is missing but it's easy enough to add a pre-mix of that as well.

I mix it with either ground turkey or ground beef. My girls love it! One of them is really picky; but, thankfully, she gobbles it up.

Dogs love it. Super easy. Add water and wait 5 minutes. Best, healthiest food I have ever tried.

I make my dog food homemade. This is a must-have addition! My groomer recommended it, and my dogs get SO excited when they get a whiff of this. I don’t use as much as recommended because it seemed to be too much for my Doberman’s stomach.

I try hard to give my dogs the best food possible. What better way than to make it from this product. Water, add some meat (I use liver but you can use ground chicken or beef or Elk or whatever) and some of this dehydrated vegetable mix and only takes about 20 minutes to prepare a weeks worth of food. Fresh as can be. Better than any canned food you buy at the store. This stuff is super expensive but worth it.

It wasn't that I didn't like it, it's my dogs won't eat it. It has very little chicken. It smells worse than any other dog food I've ever bought. Plus it's expensive. It was easy enough to prepare I just wish the dogs would eat it.

It’s not low fat. I have a overweight Beagle o although my good weight Jack Russel and Beagle loves it I can only use sparingly.
