Should have bought this sooner. I’ve tried many different wound dressings for my large second degree burns. It’s been a challenge as it’s not in an easy spot to keep them on. These are the BEST I’ve found. I advise smearing on aloe or Vaseline on the wound after cleaning it, then laying on these gauze pads, then a dry non adhesive gauze pad on top. Game changer

This product is especially effective when it comes to wound care. However, applying the gauze and then allowing it to work takes patience.

This product is an essential element in wound care, keeping the affected area moist. It is best to change these dressings twice per week. They are very effective. My only concern is with the company's supply-chain issues. I have been buying these regularly in Spain for some six months now and every other week they are listed as "no disponible" (out of stock). I'm not sure if Amazon or the company is at fault but I would love to see this supply chain issue resolved so that this important product is always available.

Die Verpackung ist nicht mit Tesa geschweißt, aber die Kompressen sein mit einem sehr guten Qualität. Die haben ihren Zweck erfüllt. Top Produkt mit einen sehr guten Preis.

Put this product only on the surgical sight. The point of this product is too keep the wound moist so it can heal. It also draws out fluid from swelling. Because it is used to moisturize the wound for healing, it can cause blisters on the surrounding tissue. If used properly this product is great. It does not sting when applied nor feels uncomfortable. I highly reccommend this product. My surgical sight opened when they removed the stitches so the wound had to heal from the inside out. This product promotes healing and keeps the wound moist.

Mittelgroße Schürfwunde am Knie, noch leicht Wundwasser absondernd, sollte schmerzfrei und heilungsfördernd damit primär abgedeckt werden. Als Sekundärabdeckung habe ich ein atmungsaktives Pflaster gewählt. Positiv: die Schmerzen ließen nach, das Material lässt sich gut aufbringen. Negativ: bei Verbandswechsel löste sich durch Verklebung mit der Wunde wieder Haut, was eben schmerzhaft und gerade nicht heilungsfördernd war. Ich habe es nicht mehr benutzt.Drei Punkte, weil ich nicht sicher weiß, ob ich es richtig angewendet habe. Die Anleitung ist nicht auf deutsch und unzureichend.
