Compared with other dressing, the manuka honey gauze dressing will not adhere to the wound
Open the packaging bag
Clean the wound, then remove one piece from the box and open the product packaging
Tear off the PU film on the surface
Tear off the covering film on one side while keeping the other side still
Cover the wound
Now tear off the top layer of the covering film
Apply the Secondary dressing to the skin
Cover with secondary dressing

It is very easy to use and all natural. When trying to abstain from antibiotics, it is a great alternative. You have to make sure the wound is moist though, and change it often, which is the only downfall, as it is expensive.
