I bought the 3 step ladder previously and love it, but then bought the higher one and it is great! I’m terrified of heights and just having the handles there helps with the fear. I painted my fireplace that goes all the way to ceiling that is vaulted and I am short and still could reach it. Very sturdy! Easy to assemble and use, and not too heavy to move around! I’m so happy with the purchase!! I wish I had bought it with the other one. I love having both!!

This is a great ladder for someone like me who is vertically challenged. It doesn't weigh much so it is easy to maneuver. It folds up and takes little space The handles make it safer to climb up and down. It is very handy in the kitchen. It's perfect for changing light bulbs, cleaning ceiling fans, and putting decorations on a nine foot Christmas tree. It's easy to put together. Great quality as well.

This is a handy very portable ladder. Folds and stores easy. Very sturdy with great height and not too narrow.It will not let you get flat up to the wall unless you place it sideways.

Safety is my primary concern. As a senior citizen and to my husband's dismay, I still like to climb to reach the top cupboards or clean my chandeliers. These side rails and the wide steps allow me stability. My husband told me it was easy assembly, and it is light weight enough for me to drag around. I love it!!

This is the second one of these i bought. This first was a gift to my daughter for her new house and the step stool is solid, sturdy and the build is extremely good. It folds up nice and compact, it looks good, and it is fairly light weight for being so sturdy.My short wife wanted to replace our 20 year old 2 step ladder, so I already knew a quality brand and am now the proud owner of this predict as well.

This step ladder is a great accessory for any one needing to access hard to reach items. I researched quite a bit to find the right ladder that would work for every member of our household. The ladder will accommodate up to 500 pounds unlike most I found that only accommodate 330 lbs. The slim design is perfect for storing in small spaces. The use is simple as it easily folds out to use and to put away. It feels study when standing on it. I definitely recommend this step ladder.

Purchased these ladders to replace old ones. Absolutely brilliant, tall enough for all those awkward jobs & with safety rails a real bonus. The Fold down tray at the top is genius & saves you having to go up & down all the time. Easy enough to assemble & folds up for minimal storage. Well made & sturdy with no wobble so couldn't be happier. 5* product.

Very sturdy, easy to set up, light weight and east to move around.Perfect for painting interior rooms. I haven't used it externally yet.It's easy to take down for storage when painting is done.Was bigger then I expected but no complaints! I can easily reach ceilings for taping/painting.Holds a gallon paint can and/or a paint tray nice and stable while you work.

I live in a 100+ year old house with 9 foot ceilings, and have always felt a little unsteady getting on a step stool to change lightbulbs and such. I do have an aluminum folding ladder that I have carted up and down 3 floors, but its awkward and heavy (35+ pounds), and there is nothing to stabilize you on the upper steps. Also, the rungs are only about 2 inches wide, so very wearying on your feet if you are doing a project that takes longer than a couple minutes. I saw a youtuber recommend this for its stability, and for its side rails and top bar. Bingo...exactly what I needed. The old ladder is heading out to the detached garage.It is well made, light enough to carry up and down between floors, and I love the deep, non-slip steps and work tray features. I originally thought I might not need the hand rails. (You don't have to put them on.) But the hand rails really do help me feel secure going up and down and I can hold onto or lean against the top rail for my ceiling projects and not feel like I'm about to topple over. The hand rails and upper bar are also foam padded which helps grip and comfort.I would recommend this to anyone who feels unsteady on a regular ladder or step stool. Also anyone aging in place as balance becomes an issue. If you have 8 foot ceilings, you would probably only need the 4 step version, and that would make it even lighter to carry around.
