This is a sturdy and well-made step stool. Nice padded grip for carrying. Ribbed surface for traction. Quickly and easily folds up for storage. Perfect height (2-step) for jobs around the house like painting ceilings, changing bulbs, etc.... However, as others have mentioned, it is NOT a stool for sitting on while you try to access something lower. The back rail keeps one from being able to sit on the unit with any comfort level.

exactly as advertised. not as light weight (to carry around) as my previous step ladder, but this one is very sturdy and secure - i feel safe standing on the very top step. good height for those of us with tall ceilings.

I bought this as a gift for a family member after I bought one for myself. This is a great ladder to have around the house. The rails make it so much safer to get up and down, and it is very sturdy. Highly recommend.

i ordered this to replace a step stool and a ladder. The ladder was too heavy and the stool at barely 12 inches was too low. This is just right! It’s light weight but sturdy and easy to expand and collapse. The height is sufficient for my everyday needs like dusting mantels, getting items from the top shelves of my kitchen cabinets, cleaning my windows and reaching the top shelves in my closets. The price was more than reasonable. It made decorating the Christmas tree less laborious because I could easily move the ladder around the tree as I hung ornaments and I could reach all but the top foot or so of this 9-foot tree with this ladder. All in all this was a real bargain.

Excelente. Teníamos una limitación para escoger una escalera plegable que era la altura máxima cuando está plegada porque iba bajo la encimera de la cocina, así que casi fue el motivo principal para escogerla.El aspecto era bueno y el precio también así que la pedimos y fue un acierto.Ligera pero robusta. Cómoda para subirse y el aro superior va muy bien para manejarla e incluso para apoyarte para subir. Hace un "clic" cuando la abres denotando que queda fijada y lo cierto es que es muy estable y los peldaños son generosos, tanto de huella como de ancho. Recomendable.

This was bought since my new cabinets are a bit higher than my current 2 step one which doesn’t have handles. It’s not very heavy and folds up enough to fit nicely into my just about full broom/mob/corn broom closet. A couple of buckets there too. But it slips right in. I have a short leg, due to surgeon’s lack of orthopedic skills. I’m considered permanently disabled since this has had a serious effect on my balance. I was a little hesitant choosing this ladder but others said it was sturdy and safe. And it is…even with my unbalanced legs. It’s really easy to use. Just be sure you’ve pushed the steps all the way down so it’s locked. Stepped on it the other day and it sank just a little bit. I didn’t push as much as I should have. But it didn’t wobble or feel unsafe. I just dropped down about a quarter inch closer to the floor. Folds up easily using the hole in the top handle. Best short step ladder I’ve got.Highly recommend
