It arrived in great condition! No dents or scratches. It was very well packed; having styrofoam both inside and out for added protection during shipping. 20 liners were also included. I'm not fond of the liner exposed around the edge. But, it is perfect for my small kitchen. I'd definitely recommend for dorm or apartment living. I will follow-up if I experience any issues with the durability of the step bar.

Very happy with this. Sleek, modern, & unobtrusive looking. We use it for recycling and don’t bother with the bag—easy to toss recycling in and rinse out the liner-bucket when needed. Soft-close lid & pedal working perfectly so far (although only had it a couple months so time will tell). Nice matte finish. I know others have received damaged but mine was fine. Bucket easy to get in & out to dump recycling. I highly recommend based on early performance & appearance.

When your hand are full of scraps, or both hand full to dump something in the trash, no more open garbage containers. It has a can inside with lid. Put your bag inside, step on the pedal. Lid open and in goes your trash. When full, open the lid, tie your trash bag, put new bag inside, and off to where ever you dump your trash. No smell, stylish. For a single person it’s the perfect size to last a week before dumping. Has that retro look and color. If you have room in a bathroom, it would be ok provided you have the space. It’s 10x10x 27. Could be a bit small for a family of more than three, though for a couple or single, great size.

When describing The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up to a friend, she said "but things like your trash can will never spark joy, right?" And she was wrong. This trash can is very attractive, fingerprint-resistant, quiet, smell-proof, and sturdy. It's expensive, yes. But a good trash can is worth every penny. It has a fully enclosed liner which is great for easy cleaning and making sure that the compost it contains doesn't spill when being taken out. I also appreciate the fact that the lid is metal. I don't like the stainless steel or black plastic lids on my other trash cans because they are harder to clean. This one is smooth and pretty and perfect for holding my "what goes in the compost" magnet. It definitely sparks joy.

Actually love the can itself.. bought 3 in different colors for garbage sorting. Great finish, looks good and clean. Takes up very little floor space. The right size bags are a little hard to find if you want compost friendly bags, but recycling and trash bags were fairly easy to find. Trash bag can be a little difficult to remove but holding down the bar that's used to remove the bin from the can helps with that fairly easily. My problem is that I paid $125 for this great trash can that has plastic parts in the petal that broke in less than 3 months and now to replace it I have to shell out another $125 because it's only got a 30 day warranty on parts. That's the only reason I gave it 1 star instead of 5 honestly. 2 out of the 3 cans are still fine, but I'm not sure I want to spend another $99 (cybermonday deal) to get another trash can that's only gonna last a few months. Wish I could just get a replacement part from the manufacturer. Would be willing to change my review to 5 stars if they would replace the trash can or even 4 stars for just the pedal - unfortunately there's not even a way to get a hold of them.

Oh my gosh I’m so happy I bought this! The quietness of the soft close is perfect. And it’s just such a nice looking garbage bin. I saw another review that complained you can see the bag poking out of the top, and depending on the type of garbage bag you buy that is correct. However, I do not find that to be a deterrent at all and I still think it looks fantastic. The best!

La capacidad es muy buena. Lo usamos en la cocina y la tapa sella perfectamente, evitando olores. Se desmonta el contenedor y eso permite lavarlo muy fácilmente. La pintura exterior es antihuellas, a menos que se ensucie con grasa. El pedal facilita su uso.

I have a small kitchen, so I needed a small trash can but not a teeny waste basket. This can is perfect size for my needs and is very cute. It needs some adjustments however. I, like many others, agree the metal handle in the can is an absolute pain. It makes taking the trash bag out extremely difficult. So we removed ours. Problem solved. Second issue is it does take some extra work to not have your trash bag bulge out since the can liner is flush with the actual can. Others complained about this as well. When inserting the bag (and most bags are much wider than this can - I bought regular bags from Walmart) you have to twist the excess and tightly tuck the bag in between the liner and can. Then push the inside of the bag down into the can to make a tight fit at the top. As you can see from my photo - no bag bulge. It takes a few extra steps, but for a cute can thats the right size, it's worth it for me.Also, I saw several bad reviews about a sticker that was hard to remove. Mine didn't come with a sticker, so I'm guessing they stopped putting them on the cans. Thank goodness!
