The sensor did not work from the time I installed new batteries. I scheduled for UPS pickup. The UPS driver arrived, and the sensor began to function. Two hours later, the sensor was once again non-functioning. It is an attractive bin, but it is inconsistent in functioning. All of this experience occurred within 18 hours of receipt. If the company would send me a new, functioning lid, I wouldn't have to return the entire bin.

Very nice trash can. Works perfectly. I love that the power button is on the outside of the lid instead of inside like my previous trash can.I will say, check your batteries. I thought there was something wrong with the trash can cause it wouldn't work after batteries were put in but found out the batteries I had put in were expired (i honestly didn't even know batteries expired). I bought brand new batteries and it works perfectly

Using this for past 6 months and have no problem with it. It is very convenient to have sensors. Just outed batteries once when it was new and still works perfectly. We use it lot of times in a day like every 20-30 minutes and still works perfectly and never had any issues.

We love our motion sensor trash can! I have a Labrador, who loves to get into the trash. The first time she walked by and put her nose on it, she jumped back! I believe that she will definitely stay away from the trash now! It makes my whole kitchen feel cleaner. Everyone should get one, and its a great price.

Before purchasing I read a ton of reviews about how horrible this trash can was. But I decided to take a risk because I realized that most of the time when something’s working well, it won’t get reported as often if something wasn’t. The instructions to setting this trash can up was simple and I haven’t had any issues what so ever. When the time comes and the lid won’t open or close, I’ll then know it will be time to change the batteries. The can works just fine. I say it’s well worth the purchase.

Recomiendo ampliamente este bote de basura de acero inoxidable, con un brillo que no ha perdido aún después de la limpieza.Es fácil de utilizar, solo pasa tu mano por encima de la tapa y el sensor abre automáticamente la puerta y la cierra de igual forma, no se cierra de golpe, lo cual permite que la basura se deposite con calma en el interior del bote.Utiliza dos pilas tipo C que se consiguen fácilmente en cualquier Oxxo (México). Tengo 3 semanas utilizándolo y funciona igual que la primera vez.Es fácil de utilizar, limpiar y es además un accesorio decorativo de mi cocina.El ruido al abrir y cerrar la puerta es muy bajo. Es necesario utilizar bolsa de basura de 30 galones, la cual se acomoda fácilmente a la tapa. Yo utilizo la marca Hefty con aroma a esencia de lavanda de fabulosos que compro también en Amazon, esta bolsa tiene cordones y está reforzada así que me resulta muy cómodo de sacar la bolsa ya cargada de basura sin riesgo de romperse.El bote tiene capacidad para 50 litros.Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Es un bote de metal de buena calidad y con bastante espacio para bolsas grandes, el funcionamiento de la tapa es genial y funciona muy bien, lo único que talvez podría decir es que el sensor es muy sensible y se abre fácilmente, utiliza 3 pilas de tipo C pero de ahí en fuera un producto que cumple con todo.
