Crank gets stuck. Ice just tumbles around. If it wasn't such a hassle to return it ; I would. 🙄

It took over 6 weeks for this to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Amazon kept saying "It may be lost," but I persevered and now have the item. I had one years ago, but alas I have one again.
