Exactly as expected. Picked ice. Feels sturdy. No complaints.I keep it in the glove box for the winter ice, and as a last resort defense tool. Works great for ice so far (used 3 times to de-ice around tires). Doubt it would be great for defense, but better than nothing lol.

Just what looking for. This is a well made ice pick. Love that it is stainless steel and has a cover to keep it clean when in drawer. Does a good job breaking up ice.

I love this ice pick . Iv ruses it everyday since i got it ! Works well ! I make a huge bowl of ice and tap it with a hammer splits very well . Wish i had gotten 2 of them.

I needed something to poke potatoes. This does the job, but is a bit of overkill. The spike is about ⅛" (5cm) in diameter. Might not seem like a lot until you see the holes it makes. It is sturdy, so I don't worry about it ever breaking.Note: The threads where the 2 pieces screw together were a little rough. I wrapped some silicone plumber's tape on the threads, and problem solved.

One of my diet favorites is to munch on shaved ice. I fill up my extra large mug in the morning, I might then not eat it for hours. When I’m ready, most often, the ice has stiffened & needs to be chopped up again. The end of my ice tea spoon didn’t end up helpful, so I decided to purchase a ice pick. I have arthritis so a good hand grip was important. I loved the bling look this piece had, so gave it a chance. OMG the fancy look this has, was perfect on it’s merit, but it’s grip seals the deal! Would highly recommend this ice pick! I’m loving it!
