Only used it a couple of times, and the motor broke. and I was using tiny ice cubes ... not impressed !

It does crush ice, but takes forever, with many starts & stops. Ice often doesn't crush, so stopping, rearranging ice, restarting is too time consuming, when you just want crushed ice for a drink. For more than one person it's too time consuming. Spend more & get a better product.

The ice crusher broke today now I need a new one. It worked great until today I purchased the ice maker on September 30th it worked less than 3 months

Worked okay, but kept freezing up. Have had it 2 months and it has quit working completely!!! Very upset!! Wasted money!!!!

This product makes the very best Margueritas and Pina coladas I've ever tasted. A minor dislike is that it makes a loud thrashing noise as its crushing the ice cubes, but that's easily forgotten once I taste the drinks it mixes.
