These replaced some 10 year old Philips lights in my kitchen. So far these are great! They were super easy to install and installed tight against the ceiling. The color is perfect for the kitchen. As long as they last these will be a perfect replacement.

If you get in the boards or YouTube's about this type of light, you rapidly find that this brand (Halo by Cooper) is highly regarded for build, installation, and longevity. I found these super easy to install and they replaced what was old style downlights that allowed a lot of heat to escape to the attic. These convert a recessed can to a more modern, energy saving (because closing the big hole) lamp. Highly recommend these. And the ability to choose your kelvin level (the 2700k setting is warm, cozy, incandescent type light which is what most people want in their home).
