These lights worked as advertised but they did not come with the friction brackets required to install in some can fixtures that do not accept the spring tension wires. This made installation difficult and required a trip to hardware store to find the friction brackets to swap out on these particular lights. So buyer BEWARE make sure you know what type of cans you are installing these in to determine if they are right for you.

I love that you can chose the type of lighting you want from daylight to soft white and they are dimmable (provided you buy a dimmable light switch).

This is a really good value. The pack of 12 was just what we needed for our project. They were easy to install and fit great. They gave our room just the facelift it needed.

The photos in the main product description show tabs but ship with long ridged wire so they don’t fit in shallower cans and you can’t turn them in order to get a tight fit against the ceiling. You end up with a gap. They say they fit in most 5 inch cans. They did not fit in mine.

Great retro fit for can! They have a high quality driver chip board that converts ac to dc for smooth current no flicker. Halo has been around for a long time and a trusted brand I’ve used for years. This is a really good price . Only downside you can not change the color and they are on the warm light spec.
