product quality seems good. yet to use.but delivery service bad; item delivered was left exposed to public view, an invitation to public/passerbys to steal it/pick it up. luckily it was delivered on a Saturday morning with few foot traffic.giving 4 stars for the product and zero for delivery service.

I had an outpatient precedure that required me to sleep upright for 7-10 days. This product was perfect. It was sturdy and came with all of the right pieces. I used one section for my legs/knees which made it easier to remain upright during the night. The main section was sturdy and didn’t give in like a pillow.Fully recovered and swelling went away quickly. I would absolutely recommend this product!

My husband needed shoulder surgery and was going to have to stay at a 30-degree angle when laying down. I searched on Amazon for a wedge pillow and decided on this one as it was about middle of the road price wise. When it arrived (in a very small box) I was a little concerned. Once I opened the package, I was even more concerned! Everything was vacuumed packed and very tiny. I followed the directions and allowed the cushions to regain their form. It took several hours but they did "inflate" and work great.

I bought this to use after my mastectomy. It was perfect and priced below most others. It offered great support for my legs and back in the recliner as well as in the bed. I loved that you can adjust the angle and the Velcro helped it stay in place. I have used it with all pieces and I have also used just one piece depending on my position.

This is made well and soft but very uncomfortable. The bottom of it is too think and curves your back. Not good when you already have back issues. Can’t even use it and was not cheap.

Gave a 4 since the product arrive well packaged and quality is exactly as expected. However this did not work for my elderly mother because you really need to be able to have good mobility to get in the right sitting position in order for the head and neck/torso to align properly with the cushions.

They were comfortable all parts didn't necessarily stay in place and fitting them back in the bag didn't work. Plus the bag didn't stay suppressed.

I recently purchased this pillow combo because I have having nasal surgery and was required to sleep upright for two weeks. This has made it very easy to do. The first night was a little rough more so because I wasn’t used to sleeping that way but It became easier each night. The wedge for the legs is extremely functional and in my opinion necessary if you have to rest in this position. The design is great and allows support and movement while still being firm and comfortable! Overall… I am 100% keeping this for any future scenarios I may need it. It has made it so much easier to sleep while recovering from this surgery. I recommend it 1000 times over!!!
