This pillow system has been very helpful after having 2 surgeries in a short time. It is comfortable, versatile and I was able to sleep using the inclined position. I feared I would want to toss and turn, but that wasn't a problem.

I am 2 days status post abdominal surgery. This pillow set has been amazing. Possibly the most comfortable sleep I could get in my current stage. I had 3 c-sections in the past and I wish I had these at the time. They have not lost their shape, non-slip so you aren’t sliding every where, and the memory foam feels great. I would recommend these to anyone and everyone.

It's soft, comfortable, versatile and provides good support for the body at different angles. Very happy with the purchase, though I wish I had extra covers for it or it was black, but I'll manage. I prefer this design to the traditional triangle design.

I realized after having to have an unexpected abdominal surgery in the hospital recovering that I definitely wasn’t going to be moving and sleeping normally anytime soon. I realized that the adjustable bed in the hospital was making me more comfortable and that when I was discharged I didn’t have this at home. These pillows to the rescue. Also, I have a bad lower and upper back so I knew I was in trouble. The first good nights sleep I have had since being home was the night they were delivered.The small lumbar pillow is tperfect. It’s not too big not too small ad because the whole system is good quality memory foam it is very forgiving, it easily slides up and down to change into the correct angle. But it holds its place and I’m a restless sleeper.The Leg angle is great because it isn’t attached so it doesn’t matter if you are tall or short you can fit. My mum who is 4’ 11” uses it every night for in home dialysis. When the time comes, I will get a set for my Dad because it will help prevent bed sores as well.Pros: adjustable, soft, comfortable, well manufactured, zip off covers on every pillow for washing, memory foam. Easy to use and clean, prevents bedsores, works!Cons: covers attract lint and animal furFeature I’d pay for: heating and cooling in the whole pillow system. Like an electric mistress pad with no lumps I already have. It would revolutionize the back pillow industry.

I bought this to help recover from an abdominal surgery where I was required to sleep on my back. As a side sleeper, I was worried about staying prone, and this helped me and supported my back and kept my legs elevated. The quality is nice. Only complaint is the neck pillow kept slipping off the back wedge

This item was excellent.. it was nice and firm and comfortable.. It did not smell upon arrival, It held its shape. The filling was a soft but dense.. and functioned just as I was hoping. I was able to put it in different positions in case I decided to sit up or lay down more.. and it even worked out good after my shoulder surgery because I was going to sell it and my husband ended up going through acid reflux one night and needed to use it too..

I am writing this review to share my personal experience using this orthopedic pillow set that I have purchased from A2ZCOMFY on Amazon.I like this orthopedic pillow set because this set came with four wedge memory foam pillows, each pillow was designed to provide support and comfort to different areas of my body such as my back, head, neck, shoulder, and legs in a variety of positions.These wedge memory foam pillows have an ergonomic curved design that fits the contours of my body perfectly.
