I had a total knee replacement 3 weeks ago. My knee and leg need to be elevated above the level of my heart with my knee kept straight. I was attempting to do this with a pile of pillows which was difficult to position and uncomfortable. This works well and is super comfortable It is the perfect size and so much more comfortable than the pile of pillows under my leg.It came rolled up with the instructions saying it would take 24 to 48 hours to fully fill out. However it was useable very shortly after opening.I wish I had purchased sooner!!

This wedge pillow set is great for back support and helps with acid reflux. The memory foam is comfy, and the adjustable design provides perfect neck support. Great for sleeping or lounging.

I love this wedge pillow. First, it was delivered on time. It is firm like it should be for good support. The material that covers it is very soft and comfortable and has a zipper so you can remove to wash it. I have not washed it yet so I can't speak to that yet. I got it specifically for elevating my legs after having hip replacement surgery and it is wonderful. I see a big difference in my ankles and legs regarding swelling. I am very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend. I will buy another in the future.

Pillow is comfy and seems to help me sleep better my one complaint is the velcro. Constantly scratched by the velcro straps along the side. The hook, and the loop. Both have sharp edges. Very annoying. If it was not for the velcro, then it would be a great pillow. Going to get a cover and see if that helps. Hopefully the velcro does not destroy the cover.

The pockets shown in the description is not the same. Actually it is not a usable pocket because anything you put in it will fall out.

The quality is nice, the pillow is very firm. The cover is soft and feels nice. This is comfortable for back sleeping, props you up nicely. I add a pillow to make it a bit softer and cushiony but for the lift and slant factor it is good. I didn't find it particularly comfortable for side sleeping but maybe that's just me. Overall good quality, firm pillow.

I love this pillow! I have a adjustable bed at home but this pillow is great for my travels. I can't sleep flat and this is comfy and the perfect angle. Also many ways to use it to adjust the height for your preference.Very well made and love the pocket that easily holds my glasses

These pillows have changed my life and I will buy them for every single bed and couch I own.They provide me the ability to sleep weird and not hurt my neck. If you pair two together, it is ultimate upright sitting support for any situationFor sleeping with practically no pillows, as I need to. I remove the small one and only use this.My bf has sleep apnea. so it helps him too.I think whatever this pillow is doing for firmness, and the various body types and needs— its doing some sort of magic in design.I have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows of all shapes and sizes. This company needs to make more because i will buy all of them
