I sit up for sleep due to reflux. I had been using a reading pillow and three extra pillows, but decided to try this one. It is much more comfortable. Washing it frequently would be a hassle, so I have a small knitted piece that fits well over the back. I also wear a hair bonnet so the pillow part stays clean. These are easier to wash regularly.

This pillow really helps in my sleeping posture. I adjusted to the way I am most comfortable with. It replaced my stacked pillows which sometimes slipped off or moved around.

Very comfortable and very well made. Love the options that you can put in various positions for comfort. I bought it for my dad and he loves it. Very nice and firm but comfortable. Only wish it came in a darker color like a nice dark gray, but you can easily remove the covers for washing.

NEW REVIEW: This system of pillows is very ingenious, seems well-made, and, most importantly, it is very comfortable. I was sent a new set after complaining about the stains, and this set had the same discolorations, which I figured out was transfer onto the pillows from the black carrying case. I will wash them and hope the stains come out.First review: This set of pillows arrived today and seems comfortable and versatile. The problem is that nearly every pillow case arrived stained. It's not clear that washing would remove these large, bizarre discolorations. If the pillows weren't stained, I would have given it a higher rating.

Very good product. I have been using it after my gall bladder operation and it really helped me to get comfortable. My back and shoulders ache most nights and I turn over a lot. With these pillows I don’t have to turn over. My side is steadily improving. I’m very impressed.

Absolutely love this purchase. I recently had a double mastectomy and reconstruction surgery …it has been an absolute life saver. Look no further for a better and more reasonably priced wedge pillow combination. This is it! They are firm, but not too firm. They don’t lose their shape. The cases can be removed easily and washed. The position combinations are many - which is very helpful when you are in pajn and just want to find a comfortable position to heal. The lumbar pillow can also be used under your neck for support. I can’t say enough about it. I even brought it with me to the hospital and all the nurses asked me for the link because they were also impressed with it. Unfortunately, I can only give it 3 stars because the zipper just broke on the largest of the pillows…2 days past the exchangeable time frame. It will cost me more to replace the zipper than it will for me to just purchase a new one.

The wedge pillow was just what I needed for sleeping on my back after facial surgery. My head was comfortably elevated without worrying about constantly rearranging 3 or 4 pillows. The leg wedge was too big for my petite frame so I only used it for a few days.

My bed headrest isn't very comfortable for sitting up against it, and I wanted proper back support, so I decided to get one of these sets. I'm very glad I did, as the back, head, and leg supports are perfect and provide fantastic comfort when reading/gaming in bed.The only "downside" isn't of the quality or design of the product, but rather the bulkiness. If you're a neat and tidy person, these items - while they do come with a black bag for storage - take up quite a bit of space when not being used. Just something to keep in mind if you're short on space.

Does this match the picture they use to sell this thing??? Not even close. Thin as can be. I don’t feel ANY lumbar support. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money. I’d rate 0 stars if it were an option.

I love it! The material is extra soft and of good quality material. I like that it stays the way you put it. Really easy to set up and provides excellent sleep support. The value for the money is well worth the price.

I have back and neck issues and bought this for while I’m watching tv or reading in bed. It gives great support. It’s lightweight so very easy to maneuver around. You can adjust it to what suits your needs and is very sturdy not cheaply made at all.

Comfortable, adjustable, fits my needs and the extra cover set is a bonus.Velcro could be better, but that's easy enough to repair by myself, though for the price, it knocks away one star.
