The safe hides well in my bookshelf. It opens by scanning a fingerprint just fine for me but won’t consistently recognize my wife. ( she has less prominent prints) She opens it via the 6 digit code. It hold my full size 9mm, a second mag, a box of ammo and a hunting knife. It seems to be just what I needed to keep home protection equipment handy.

The unit was VERY easy to set up and tie down so no one can "walk away" with it. I can store two smaller handguns or the bigger one with ease. I highly recommend the gun safe.

Like others I feel the safe is well built, fingerprint works, key code works and was fairly easy to set up. I didn't give it five stars only due to the fact that the phone app does not work for me nor does customer service respond when asking for a fix. You need a code to finalize the app set up and it is nowhere to be found nor have I received a response when I asked where I could find it. Also now I get a warning not to access their web site as their security certificate has expired. I do feel that other than the app not working the safe is excellent. I'll just delete the app from my phone. EDIT: After one week the company responded to my question of how to get the app to work. They provided outstanding instructions for setting up the app! It works! I upgraded my rating to five stars.
