I took everything out of the box to find No assembly instructions included WTH! Couldn’t contact seller due to receiving item on a Saturday, I had prepared to set up file cabinet asap.

Drawers will not stay on the rails even with following additional instructions. It is unusable as a cabinet for storing paperwork as I cannot open/close the drawers..

Worst directions I have ever seen. The print on these was next to invisible ink. 3 stars due to directions.

I always feel like a company really cares about its products when it comes in good packaging. The file came with great packaging, it had metal inserts for the corners in case it got hit in shipping.Putting it together was easy. It came with all the tools needed to include a little plastic hammer and a full size screwdriver.Directions were simple to understand; however, there was not a ‘C’ package, only A, B, D, and E, so don’t look for it.Overall, it’s sturdy, looks nice, and the perfect size for what we need it for.
