The instructions were well laid out. It was easy to put together. It is very sturdy. I love that the screws are also black, like the metal and wood. This is worth it.

Very good file storage for home office. I don't want a big cabinet, this size is perfect, not too big but enough for storage files. Easy to setup and sturdy made. And I can put some something handy on top of it. Recommend.

It's not half bad at all. I ended up giving this to someone else for use as a general storage cabinet, since it was a bit taller than what I expected (entirely my fault for not planning ahead on that). Assembly took me about 45 minutes, and was very straight-forward for the main frame. The drawers were a bit difficult to figure out at first, as you don't actually screw the screws for those into anything; they just hold the walls of the drawer together. It works, but it's a bit confusing from the diagram. The drawers are retained by a nut and screw, but this leads into a few of my minor criticisms of this unit.First and foremost, the drawer retention is only on one side. I really would've liked to see it retained on both sides, as this can lead to some torque on the bolt, and it could potentially break over time. Second, I did mention the nuts, and there is a provided wrench, but it's entirely useless for the job; it's far too large. Third, there are some Philips head screws, but there's no included Philips screwdriver (most everything is done via the provided Allen wrench). Fourth, and this is a bit more minor; the fit and finish is a bit rough at points. There's some noticeable burrs on the drawers, and it's not quite lined up vertically. These aren't major, but they deserve mentioning.All in all, for some sturdy storage, it's pretty solid. It's pretty easy to assemble, and the drawers are fairly durable; I just don't like them only being retained on one side, and I would've liked to see a bit more de-burring.
