Got this file cabinet today and it came in cracked broken parts

The wood grain is very nice and the file cabinet is useable. However, the instructions were pictures only which made is a slower process to put together. Also, not sure why it has locks since the back of the file cabinet is pressboard. Not very secure.

Perfect fit and the company included extra screws, fasteners, etc so never a shortage of required parts. Drawers fit perfectly and roll smoothly. Excellent finished appearance.

This product is beautiful. Now the instruction book is awful its pictures not words. I got it almost a week early. I was so impressed with the packaging. It was packed great and they added thick plastic corner brackets from corner damage. I will buy from this seller again. Was just a fantastic buy.

We had no problem with the assembly directions. Unfortunately it’s not as sturdy as we’d hoped. The drawers can be filled only half way otherwise it gets too heavy. The cabinet twists then the drawers come off the tracks.
