Great file cabinet with no assembly required. I am glad I chose this file cabinet because the quality is pretty close to commercial grade cabinets that I have owned in the past being sturdy and not flimsy like those you put together. Arrived in perfect condition and way before expected. Just attach the sturdy drawer handles and its ready to go. It fit all my files I had in a 4 drawer file cabinet I inherited from previous employment. American made a plus!

Cabinet drawers only pullout halfway which makes it difficult to access the full depth of the drawer. In addition the cabinet is not heavy duty and drawer fronts are weak and dent easily.

I like the built-in file hangers. It’s great that it’s light weight so easy to move around before deciding on its space. Lightweight but sturdy enough. Easy to attach handles on drawers- granddaughter did it in an instant. I’m totally pleased!

Good item; attaching the drawer handles is a little awkward, but once they're on they're solid, and the drawers fit snugly.

This comes already assembled, just need to screw in the handles and I recommend adding cushion stickers for the bottom to avoid scratching your floors if they're wood floors. I haven't populated the drawers yet with file hanging folders and my files but it seems to be softer steel drawers, obviously for home use, not like office type file cabinets which are heavy duty. This is perfect for home and best of all, I found the exact size I needed.

I just moved from a large house to a senior life care independent living community and much downsizing had to occur. One thing I needed to do was to cull through multiple small file boxes, disposing of files no longer needed (user manuals from items thrown away years ago, etc.). As I wanted to consolidate the remaining files in one place, I purchased this file cabinet. The files I needed to keep fit nicely into two drawers and the remaining drawer was used to store other items. The file cabinet arrived in perfect condition and the drawers operate smoothly. As others have said, the metal is thin and lightweight and I would not recommend this item for hard use in a commercial office setting. But for home or home office use, it's perfectly fine and I would certainly buy another unit, if ever needed.

I spent days reading others’ reviews and trying to decide whether to risk this purchase for the price. Here’s the most objective review I can offer: I ordered 2 cabinets. They arrived in perfect condition—no dents or scratches, all drawers functioned fine. Drawer handles were included, & screws fit well. Quality is lightweight & commercial. I was concerned that the files would be tippy due to lightweight construction—but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Once loaded, the cabinet is secure and stable—stable enough to trust my printer on top! I was careful to load bottom drawers first and heaviest. Appearance is purely functional—don’t expect anything attractive (although the drawer handles are attractive). Drawers glide smoothly and easily when filled, but don’t pull out all the way, making it difficult to get to a few files in the back. The metal seam along the top edge is sharp—be careful when removing from box. I was tempted to return this purchase at first because I was disappointed in the quality, but now that I’ve filled it and used it, I’m very glad I kept it! Higher quality file cabinets are significantly more expensive. These drawers are probably the best price you’ll find for this quality. Bottom line: you’ll get what you pay for. If you want higher quality, be prepared to pay more. These are functional for the price. No regrets—I would definitely purchase again!
