There are no instructions for exactly how to get it to work. I have no idea how to pair it. I send text messages and there’s no reply. Maybe it works but not for me.

The item came with small sheets with instructions, small print, in English and Chinese. I didn't find them helpful. I emailed the seller for help and they sent me cryptic directions to try. I don't think they were native English speakers. The bottom line is that I couldn't get it to work. I don't know if it was defective or if I wasn't using it right. Maybe if I spoke Chinese I would have had better luck. I'm going to find one made in America with English instructions and support.

I have tried everything to get these two gps trackers to work I can’t find a number to get intouch with The company either I got the Sim cards and the SD cards. I called the company with the SD cards and they said they only do phones so I have no idea where to get the Sim card for these trackers and SD cards won’t stay in the slot, I should’ve known when there was no company phone number to call for help not to get this product. I am very upset. They make it seem so easy but opening the trackers is not easy by longshot. I do not recommend these trackers because there is no way of getting in touch with the company and I just lost 60 something dollars because they don’t want to get back in touch with me

They skip right over talking the back off to insert the sim card in the video, it's not easy and really seems impossible. HORRIBLE design, tried everything I can think of, fingernail, keys, butterknife, etc, I cannot remove the back at all. So the device is utterly worthless and unusable. Thanks so much.
