Photo shows a metal plate for attaching to dog collar, came with a very poor plastic tab that will break off in anything, “no monthly fee” is very poor advertising as this does require you to purchase a SIM card from a carrier to use.

Kind of disappointed, need a sim card in order for this device to work properly. It didn't say or I must of missed where you need a sim card. I'll be returning it for another that doesn't need a sim card.

Magnet sucks. Weak. Only will power up if you buy a SD card. Couldn’t get it to initialize, and even after charging the battery it died within 2 hours. This product is definitely a good example of the saying “ you get what you pay for”.

Firstly, this is from China and has everything set up in two languages (the language you select and Chinese). Secondly, the directions for setup are not useful making setup impossible. If I had not thrown the box out already, I would return this. It’s garbage.
