This is a must have if you purchase the Tracki tracker. The battery lasts 6 times as long as the battery that comes with it. Depending what subscription you purchase will determine the length of time it lasts. I pitched the best subscription that updates every 15 secs when moving and it lasts amazingly for a long time. Buy it!!

This waterproof case and extended battery work great when it works. I am getting ready to order my third one now. The first one lasted longer than my second that I have only had for four months now. They stop holding a charge and only work when it is plugged in and that defeats the purpose. Good thing they are priced reasonable or I would have to move on.Update.. They contacted me regarding the issue and are helping to resolve the problem. Excellent customer service for sure!

The waterproof case looks great and the magnet is strong. Now I need to find the perfect place to attach it. The large battery is also good if you want to hind the tracker and not have to charge the original one as much. If you are not in the US make sure you get the right customer service number for your area. The customer service rep that called me after I had a problem and helped me to set up my tracker the way I wanted it to be was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product they sell. It is what I think one of the best tracker for the price. Real time and accurate tracking for what you need.

This is a very heavy duty case that I could run over with my car and not damage whats inside! Designed to hold and protect and secure the Tracki Tracker to whatever asset you are protecting for as long as you own it! This box not only keeps it safe from breakage it also gives you 3-4X they battery life as the traditional tracki tracker. The magnet is very very strong

The product is pretty much what is advertised. A little slow to update sometimes but it does the job. I use it on my trailers and employees vehicles to monitor.

Updated 2024... They have wonderful customer support. Very responsive and professional. I can't say how GREAT it is to have a company that is easy to get ahold of and actually takes the time to help you. Service is ABOVE and BEYOND!!!A representative called me to discuss my perceived issues with certain aspects of the hardware. We talked about my experiences and I offered to send the failed parts back but they said pictures would be good enough for review. The rep said the pictures would be forwarded for review by engineers for evaluation. They will be sending me replacements for the broken parts again at their insistence. I had bought these for a specific purpose and now that was over I considered it pointless to pursue this but the company wanted me to be able to use their product as intended and I ecstatic.You can buy Tracki with the confidence that the company will stand behind the product and go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied.I will be testing the replacements to see how they stand up and i will let you know.--Original Review--I ordered two of these for the two Tracki devices I bought and after a month of use I am very disappointed in the quality of the mechanism for both attaching the Tracki to the extended battery as well as the mechanism to keep the weather proof cases closed. I bought these as insurance for tracking my luggage while traveling, while I knew this was a bit extreme I was lured by the repeated claims of quality and such. After very light use one (of two) of the clasps that keeps clam shell case closed broke off with very little effort. Both of the mechanism used to secure the Tracki to the extended battery broke off, again with very little effort. This was not after years of wear and tear, this was after very light use of a few months just using to track luggage while traveling.I did not contact the company because given their claims of quality and how this is an affordable option to more expensive options and my experience leads me to believe this is a basic design flaw. If those pieces can be broken so easily with light use I can't imagine they would stand up to the wear and tear of use in a fleet setting.Because the piece that secures the Tracki to the extended battery has broken on both they are pretty much useless. Fortunately I only signed up for 6 month cellular plan and luckily my luggage made it back without relying on these devices.

This is an OUTSTANDING addition to the TRACKi. The charge will last up to 6-7 weeks depending on how many alerts, trips etc are monitored by your TRACKi.I have 2 of this item and the first one was purchased in 2020 and it still functions perfectly.NOTE:As with any rechargeable product ALWAYS FULLY CHARGE prior to use!• This small step ensures you get the bang for the Buck out of your purchase!• I personally recharge mine when the unit is at 10% . This allows the bulk of the unit to get a complete charge.•Charging too often will degrade the battery charge life significantly! It’s called “extended battery life” for a reason, so let it do it’s job and charge it only when it’s necessary.If you follow these simple charging guidelines your battery pack will work like new for years!I’d highly recommend this add on to anyone purchasing a TRACKi.. it’s nice to charge every 6 weeks Instead if weekly.
