I purchased this for my wife's new car. I have had several dash cams in the past and wanted to get one that you could actually determine what the license plate numbers of the cars around you are. The front camera is awesome and the wi-fi (not bluetooth) hookup provides a clear picture of everything. I especially appreciate the small profile of the camera and the mount that stays attached to the windshield. Just slide on and slide off. They provide a nice tucking tool and plenty of cable to reach your dash 12v outlet. If you wish to plug into the console 12v outlet you will probably have to splice in about two feet of wire. My wife's car is a small SUV and by the time I concealed the wire in the headliner, down the window column, under the dash and to the console there was just not enough wire. It is easy to splice in a new piece however and I could not be more pleased with how it looks in the car. Easily as good as most OEM dash cams. the quality of the rear camera is not is good but I would not expect it to be since it is clearly a 1080P vs 4K on the front. I love the fact that it records and displays your speed and exact location on the recorded video and that you can view this info on your camera as well as both front and rear video displays thru the provided GKU software. I wish I would have had this setup when my wife and I drove thru an Indian reservation in New Mexico and got a ticket. I am sure that I was not speeding but since we had out of state plates we were the ones who got pulled over. I have not used it but the software allows you to put your phone in your phone holder and the wi-fi connection will send the video to your camera. I am currently converting my F150 to an overlanding vehicle to travel into some remote areas in the western states and hope to get this dash cam or their next one up in quality to put into the truck to record my adventures. Buy this and you will not be disappointed. PS: I don't drive much at night but the night time videos it have recorded have been very good. When I have recorded video in my dark garage at night just the moonlight coming in the one window and the misc. battery charger lights, orange led on the freezer telling you it is working etc. give the camera enough light so you can discern what everything is in the garage.

Nice dash-cam that produces good video images day and night. Digital screen is small, but that allows the camera to be smaller and less intrusive for the driver's view - exactly what I wanted. If a larger video of a recording is needed, it can always be viewed on the app. Cameras are not too hard to install. Very fair price for the quality.

L'ho scelta principalmente per la sua dimensione minimale e per il costo conveniente a parità di prestazioni equivalenti in modelli della concorrenza. L'installazione è stata semplice e veloce, i cavetti di cablaggio si possono nascondere facilmente sotto le guarnizioni (io possiedo una Peugeot 208). Prima di scrivere questa recensione ho atteso un paio di settimane, percorrendo qualche migliaio di chilometri (Piemonte/Puglia/Piemonte) e comunque quotidianamente percorro una tratta di circa un centinaio di chilometri tra casa e lavoro, viaggiando sia di giorno che di notte.L'app funziona bene, permette di selezionare e scaricare files direttamente nella memoria del telefono per poi poterli rivedere a piacere e contengono anche i dati gps che mostrano tragitto e velocità sulla mappa. Le registrazioni sono eseguite in contemporanea e su file separati sia frontalmente che posteriormente (se si collega la telecamera posteriore). Si può decidere se dividerle in porzioni da un minuto fino a 3 minuti. Ovviamente i files da 3 minuti risultano più pesanti da gestire. Per sicurezza ho acquistato e installato una seconda scheda SD da 128Gb ma comunque quella fornita in dotazione (64Gb) è più che sufficiente. Ho provato a visualizzare i video salvati con l'App installata sul PC, per raggiungere la massima risoluzione (4K) occorre convertire i files in mp4. Le registrazioni notturne sono discrete, non si può pretendere molto di più con un'attrezzatura economica ma comunque ritengo che possano offrire un minimo di garanzia in caso di problemi, anche se spero vivamente di non averne mai bisogno. Però quando ne avrei avuto bisogno non avevo una Dash Cam e questo mi ha spinto a procurarmene una al più presto. Questa è la prima che acquisto, non saprei fare confronti con altri modelli ma posso dire che questa svolge ottimamente la sua funzione e sono assolutamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto.

It was an easy install and love that it starts when I start my car. I didn't install the rear camera bc I didn't want to run wires that far but am happy with the front camera. The picture is clear. The one thing I don't love is how it connects to be able to review footage. Since my car is newer and connects wirelessly, I have to turn off that "network" in order to quickly connect to the camera network & still after that it will only stay connected for a short amount of time before my phone reconnects to my car network.

Just got my new dashcam and I'm loving it so far. The video quality is surprisingly good, especially considering how tiny the thing is. It's barely noticeable on my windshield, which is great. Installation was super easy too, just plug and play. App wors great and the 5ghz WiFi makes it a breeze to view live feed and download recordings. I feel much safer driving knowing I have it recording. Hopefully, I'll never need it, but it's good peace of mind. Definitely recommend this little guy for anyone looking for a discreet and effective dashcam.

I've been using the GKU Dash Cam Front and Rear Camera for a couple of weeks now, and I am thoroughly impressed! I bought mine on 27th Nov 2024,It was delivered on time in good condition, no complaints on packaging and delivery.The instruction / user manual is detailed, the product built quality and look wise it is good.Installation was quite easy and came with a tool and sufficient cable clips.I am using it from past 17 days, and found the quality of the video is good.I found below points are good and helpful.I tried during the daytime, and the video is clear, able to read number plate which is in front.Wifi connectivity is good, can view and download the records whenever required.GPS will add value, it lets to know through voice notification once the recording started.Video format is mp4 no jugglery to convert and share.The rear camera is inside - installation is easy, downside is during winter, the rear camera quality is questionable as it gets affected by defrost and cleanliness of the rear windshield.The app allows small customizations and preferences.This is a reliable dash cam combines quality and functionality, the GKU D600Pro is definitely worth considering!

Les vidéos sont nettes, même dans des conditions de faible luminosité, ce qui est un vrai plus pour la conduite de nuit.Le produit est bien conçu, facile à configurer, il suffit de brancher le cable usb c et l’enregistrement sera automatiqueJe l’ai branché sur l’OBD pour un enregistrement 24h, ça marche parfaitementJ’ai rencontré une difficulté lors de l’installation de la caméra arrière, car le câble fourni n’était pas assez long pour mon véhicule. Heureusement, le service client a été exceptionnel : ils m’ont proposé de m’envoyer gratuitement un câble d’extension. Leur réactivité et leur professionnalisme ont vraiment fait la différence, et cela mérite d’être souligné.En résumé, cette dashcam est un excellent choix pour quiconque cherche un produit fiable et performant, soutenu par un service client au top.
