Excellent value for a two pack of covers. These fit my 2 1/4 pound boys axes perfectly. One is a Craftsman and the other is unmarked. Be aware the covers are probably too large for most hatchets under 1 1/2 Lbs . I tried them on a EastWing Sportsman Axe, a US Army M1910 and a Ludell red fiberglass and they were too large for all of them. A great value for boys axes though.

Great deal on two sheaths. Nice quality thick leather. Yes, it's stiff, as it should be. Was expecting a brown color but pleasantly surprised it was a nice burgundy color. These appears to be sized for a hatchet. Fits a Hudson Bay style axe perfectly but too small for a Boys axe.

Good construction. Decent leather, but far from what I would call high grade. The snap is good and secure but doesn't stick. But there's no belt loop, and the description specifically says there is. So I can still keep my hatchet in my truck or pack without worrying about cutting anything, but I can't carry it on my belt. So one star... Make one with a belt loop, and it'll doubtless get four stars if not five.

These are well made but not worth the price. The leather is too thin, about 1/16”. It will keep a hatchet or small axe from getting nicked, and it will keep the axe from cutting other items in a pack, but that’s about it. Looks like it might last a week long canoe trip.

I needed to get some sheaths for two small axes but they were too small but had other hatchets and they fit good on hatchets. They are leather the quality is pretty decent for the $10 I paid for both sheaths.

These leather sheathes must have been designed to fit the cheap Harbor Freight hatchets. They fit mine like a glove. Nice thick cowhide with good metal snap on strap and body of sheathe. The strap can be slid to accommodate different hatchets. Get ya some for yours .
