Conan, most commonly known as Conan the Barbarian was a fictional character created by writer Robert E. Howard in 1932. Conan was a sword-welding hero popularized in the 1982 and 1984 films which starred Arnold Schwarzenegger and in 2011 by Jason Momoa. dark-warrior "Conan the Destroyer" sword is a replica of the sword used in the Conan films. It is a sturdily-built sword with a blade made of folded 1095 high carbon steel. The blade is full tang and ends in an intricately-designed handle. The brass fittings are oxidized to give it a dark appearance and the handle is wrapped in brown cotton cord. The sword comes with a leather sheath with a sling attachment

Sharp and moderately balanced, the inscription was slightly off center but for the price I wouldn't expect it to be flawless. It's as I expected #good enough.

I bought this for my husband and he was very pleased. The quality and build are great. It is beautiful and very well made. The images online look good but it is even better in person. The hilt is improperly attached completely loose the blade is twisted and bent, the fuller is improperly ground and uneven. The blade is not properly balanced to where the balance point is in the middle of the blade making it very forward heavy and difficult to weld. The forward weight puts a lot of torque on the wrist and forearm making it difficult to weld. The tang at the hilt is too thin making it weak enough that if you were able to make a strike it would break on impact on the first strike. The pummel has no effect for counter balance what so ever. The person that did the carving on the sheath also either purposely or negligently carved a swastica on the eagles (both sides) of the sheath. Although found in ancient Nordic history in representation of the sun wheel it has no place in modern times due to it's recent history. I find this very inappropriate.

This blade has a terrible warp, prob from heat treatment. I would not even attempt to cut with this product. My first blade I ordered from another company came in and was perfect but my luck was tested with this one ordering off Amazon. Good looking blade but I know for a fact if I keep taking it in and out of sheath it will scratch my blade and cutting with it is def a no go. Placed an order for a replacement. Hopefully this one comes in betterUpdate: Second one came in with damaged and loose guard. The blade is much heavier than the first one. The fuller stops 3/4 down blade. Looks like completely different blade 1/2 inch longer and thicker. Quality control is horrible from company. Trying to get full refund at this point. Just order from KOA

I bought this sword to present to my brother when I officiated his wedding. When I opened the box I was blown away at the quality! I was worried that it wouldn't look like the pics, it rest assured it looks even better in person. It is a real sword so be careful

I was worried about buying this because some of the other reviews but I could not be happier definitely not built to cross blades by any means but all I wanted was a badass sword for my Halloween product was better then shown in pictures and very sturdy with a quality sheath
