Just bought an Element yesterday and the D light was flashing. After reading the codes it was reading 26 - 3rd clutch pressure switch. Got this one and it looks like the previous owner used a non oem with no washer, tbis fixed that issue.PS: You will also need an Oil Crush Washer 10mm ID. 18mm OD.

2008 Honda CR-V had a blinking D light. After researching, I ordered this hoping it would solve my issue. It worked so far! Easy install as well.

Fairly easy to change out. Remove the air box and use a few extensions on your socket. Easy job.

Wanna be really pissed off when you find out the reason your existing sensor is leaking is that there's no crush washer? Then check your new one and find out they didn't send one.

Had trouble finding the correct OEM part # but found a Honda parts catalog online for my 2007 Element. The number embossed on the original part also didn't seem to jive with anything either. So ordered this part # and it was what I found in the parts catalog. Installed it and it seems to have fixed my flashing "D" problem. I did go to some formuns and you tube to find the specific transmission code and it said to replace the 3rd clutch oil pressure sensor. Once I replaced it it's been fine for the last 3 weeks. No more flashing "D" ! Will reserve my final judgement till I drive it more but so far so good....Would give it 5 star if it holds up for 15 years like the original did.....
