Replace the Oil Pressure Sensor Right Away
- When the low oil light blinking on the dashboard, it is necessary to manually check the oil level first to see if it is low. If it isn't, then it is likely you have a faulty oil pressure sensor and you need to replace it right away.

This sensor failed within a few months. After failing, oil leaked down the bell housing and onto the exhaust. Do not...I repeat do not purchase. Spend the extra money and get a direct OEM replacement!

This is a good quality oil pressure sender, and it works well. The threaded end is only about half as long as the OEM sender, so I used a couple of wraps of Teflon tape on it. It sealed well with no signs of leaking. Pressure reading is accurate. I am happy with it and would buy this one again.
