This was advertised as being compatible with a 1997 Ford Explorer, I bought it to replace a leaking one. Well this one doesn't leak like the old one, but the oil pressure gauge doesn't work anymore. I jiggled the plug around, but it just doesn't work.Replaced one problem with another here.

Same as old one, but didn't work, turn key on oil pressure gauge pegs at no pressure, turn key off goes to normal reading. Start engine goes back to no pressure. Good price for something that doesn't work.

Although Amazon says it is the correct# for a '93 F-250 XLT 7.3 Turbo, it's not correct for the fake gauge- makes it work backwards of the way it's supposed to. I think gauges are standard for the XLT, so I didn't think to check the fine print.Other than that, I was impressed with the seller's fast shipping, and it is a quality part- sorry the part was incorrectly listed by Amazon. The correct P/N for the gauge sender is PS240 or PS240T.
