These are easy to install and work well. I bought them twice for different parts of the garden. Good product.

These don't really hold up very well if the level of the earth/rocks/etc on one side is higher than the other, even if they've been pounded in deeply. But they work great in the normal circumstance, and it's easy to hammer them in and connect them together. I'd advise you to map out your straight lines ahead of time with chalk or twine, because it's easy to end up with a wobbly line otherwise.

The 8" ones won't completely keep the grass roots from going under and getting into my flower beds but having the edge makes it easy to see the little shoots and pull them before they get out of hand. My soil is a lot of clay so I dig a few inches with my trowel before placing them and pounding them in. Use a mallet to pound them. My location freezes and thaws and they will lift some during the winter. I simply pound them down again in the spring. I've never had any crack or break.

Very sturdy. Easy to use. I had to dig a trench to get deep enough (hard GA clay), then push dirt back against it. Only hammer on the hard center & edges or you'll warp it. I got all sizes for my terrain.

With the right hammer they were easy to put in.The quality was tuff. They have a good appearance. Didn't have to stake. The 12" had the right height.

I read several reviews, good and bad, before deciding to purchase this edging. The plastic is sturdy and not flimsy. I used a shim and a putty knife to loosen the dirt and sand where I wanted to use the border pieces. I drew a line on the shim showing how deep to dig. I was able to push the pieces into the ground where it was soft. I used a rubber mallet where the ground was harder. The pieces held up well under my pounding on them. None of them broke and I used a lot of force on a few pieces. The way they fit together was easy to use. You can see from the before and after pictures how much of a difference this made on my walkway.

I was a little underwhelmed by this product. It came as advertised, but wasn’t durable. It looks simple and clean, but the installation process was not nearly as simple and easy as I was led to believe. Even when trying to install in the wet ground, the pieces would not go into the ground evenly or easily. They would become deformed fairly easily and even crack. We tried hammering gently with a rubber mallet, but the pieces wouldn’t get past 0.5” into the ground. Unable to return due to many pieces breaking. Will be looking for simpler edging products.

This was the best thing ever, I used it along the vinyl fence, wild animals would dig under the fence, and I tried everything to keep them out, bricks, a green edging that sticks into the ground, but wasn't deep enough, they just pushed it out of the way. So I purchased these 12 inch edging, worked perfectly, animals haven't been able to break through. Love it. Squirrels, woodchuck, skunks...Wish I had found this product sooner. Easy to pound in and attach to one another, I even painted some of them white to match the fence. Great product, would buy it again.
