I ordered this chair as a Christmas gift. She has had it less than three months and it broke at the base. It was past the Amazon return window by 2 weeks so they would not accept it. I reached out to the seller per Amazon customer service, but they have notresponded to my message and there is no other way to contact them. The individual who sat in the chair is not overweight and was sitting normally.

This chair was well designed. My daughter loves the foot rest. She said it’s the best part! The colors look exactly like the photo. The designs on the pillows are slightly different, but barely enough to even notice. It is a gaming chair, so it’s doesn’t have an excessive amount of cushioning, but it’s high back and the ability to recline and lock in place, make it ideal for gaming. Rolls well and has great stability. All components were present upon delivery and the item was packaged well. It came with all tools needed to put it together, but we used a drill to make the process go faster. Would purchase again!

This chair is okay but falls short of its description as a chair for 'heavy people.' At 5'9" and 220 lbs, I found the design uncomfortable. The seat cushion is overly firm, retains heat after about 30 minutes, and has a metal frame that curves upward, digging into my mid-thighs. The backrest is equally firm, feeling more like a comforter placed over plywood than proper support.On the positive side, the price is reasonable, and the frame seems sturdy. However, the lack of comfort makes it hard to recommend for heavier users or those who need to sit for extended periods. A more breathable cushion and improved back support would make this a much better product. For the price, it’s a decent chair, but I wouldn’t purchase it again.

I was very leery on buying this chair because some of the reviews but I’m not sure why it would get any bad reviews! This chair is awesome!!!!! It was super easy to put together and is very comfortable. The only con is the foot rest should be more sturdy and stable. It doemstFeel very strong but overall I love it and very comfortable!!!!

I absolutely love both the price and the chair. The only reason why this is not five stars is because the screws looked Rusty and the plastic part that goes around the bottom where the legs are was broken beyond repair. Not enough to send it back for a new one. My son absolutely loves the comfort and the back support.
