While the chair is super sharp looking it is definitely not a comfortable chair. I have even purchased an after market seat cushion just trying to make it ok. It's just not comfortable. Lesson learned.

This chair is super cool - the light feature is neat but the chair is uncomfortable. Maybe for a younger tween but for any kind of long gaming session this just isn’t it. You get what you pay for so I was not entirely surprised. I will say however that customer service is decent, they accept returns but deduct shipping of $25. Lesson learned that some things are just not best for the bargain. Switched back to the gaming chair I got at a big warehouse store. Not as “cool” but more comfortable.

Fairly simple to assemble, feels sturdy, definitely a nicer quality chair than most, I like the cloth, much more durable than faux leather, only complaint is it eats batteries, would recommend you use a long usb in outlet

Not to hard to put together (a second set of hands helps). It genuinely feels strong and comfortable. The rgb lights are way better than I imagined. This is my first gaming chair, only flaws I had was a broken plastic peice that covers the piston and the back massager is pretty sub par. But other than those two things I really like it and hope it lasts a long time. It arrived fast, had all the parts and was packaged pretty nicely. Hopefully this helps some out.
